Always been a grocery favorite of mine. And now I work here! 😆
Come to the Deli and see me for some fresh meats and cheeses. Everyone here is very nice to me.

This location looks very clean and new; prices are average, but there are always weekly specials like every other grocery, I usually go for their produce section, because is big, organized, fresh and beats Waltmart for its size and selection. Staff seems nice, not too busy to shop there on late night .

I wish they can put more Rye bread for gluten free food so most of the people can buy it you have to do it for the customers

Yesterday, I went to pick up my order and it took slightly longer than normal. The store associate was extremely apologetic because she happened to be on break. She gave me a gift card for my “troubles” which was very appreciated but completely unnecessary! That was great customer service! I’m always thrilled with my online orders!

Great store all around very clean and not too busy with too many people. They do not wipe down the conveyors but it seems they do try to work in the 6 feet routine. The deli has a good amount of different meats and cheeses. The fruit and veggie dept seem to be right on and are full of new ideas to make dinner.

I was sorry they were out of many things. Their shipments were late due to big Noreaster we had a few days ago. I love this store !! This was originally to be posted back in March ? Can't remember. But was sitting here when I returned so I posted it. Still not posted ? Today is 08/17/22 they still have some problems but much better with inventory.
I am trying yo post this AGAIN on October 28, 2022. There are many of their own brands unavailable. Different cookies and dairy products - for months now. ?????

The Berlin Stop and Shop has always been our go-to store for most groceries, they have a good selection and decent prices. Normally I wouldn't write a review for a grocery store but I wanted to highlight how well the pick-up service team is doing! We have been using pick-ups exclusively during the pandemic and they always give a call before your time-slot to go over substitutions and out of stocks. The person managing this team seems to really go above and beyond to try to make sure your order is as best provided as possible. The people on the calls are very pleasant and come across as empathetic when things are not available. They must deal with a huge amount of organization behind the scenes, as everything is packed well and organized by storage temp. The produce selected is also great, as good as I would select in the market myself. Kudos to the team!

I went to the salad bar for supper tonight, and also got a California roll sushi combo. The salad bar is 5 starts off its own! And the produce is always really fresh.
My son almost dumped his salad (by mistake!) and staff was quickly there to help out. So nice about it!
I ALSO ordered a cake from the bakery last week...special ordered a sheet cake Saturday and picked it up before church Sunday morning. Great staff there, too.
I'll write more another day...they're great. 👍

Excellent quality food, including fruits and vegetables

Good grocery store. It's very clean. The employees are helpful. Easy to locate products you need. The parking area is roomy and slways easy to find a space.

I would just like to say I was impressed with The professionalism of a female employee that works at this location she was very well knowledgeable in items we needed to look for she was sweet and so kind to me in helping me and my elderly mother, I believe her name is chelsea, both me and my mother where so impressed with her demeanor it’s rarely seen now a days thank you for making our day so much brighter with your presence. Thank you chelsea!!

Ordered on line and picked up the next day. No issues. Substitutes were fine. Called when I got there and my order was brought in no more than 5 minutes. This is a great way to shop! 👍👍

Parking is always horrible here. But I've never had any other issues. Customer service is great, I'm usually in and out. Sometimes the lines get long but it all depends on what time of day you go. Always stocked and I always get what I need.

I love this location. Its a little bigger than some other Stop & Shops. The salad bar and hot food area are great for grabbing something quick to eat for lunch. Self checkout registers are usually working pretty well. A pharmacy, flourist and People's bank are also at this location.

Our cashier Jose was the most patient employee I’ve come across. He even helped my son learn how to use the credit card machine. He took time to explain the process even though there were customers behind us. Thank you for your patience Jose!!

You can expect to see fresh meat, produce and dairy. The store is clean, bright, and houses their very own gas station.The employees are knowledgeable about the items they sell, and where to locate them into the store.

The Manager Linda Gagnon is the best thing that's ever happened for Stop&Shop. Without her they would be lost, and would soon disintegrate to a very low rated Grocery Store. If you ever need any help ask for her and you will be very satisfied.

Stop n Shop is definitely the store of choice. High quality deli meats and seafood that pair nicely with the fresh produce. The Berlin store offers a cold salad bar and an olive bar for people on the go.
