I will say my taxes were complicated due to multiple states being involved. However, the wrong CT tax form was filed resulting in a mis-calculation of a payment due, a missed over payment, and a resulting interest payment, which wouldn't have been incurred. I had to re-file my taxes myself. When I called about to inquire about filing of an amended return, I was never called back.
