Hands down 5-star service! I can’t say enough good about my first time experience with this young group of ladies and gentlemen. Excellent customer service from the the first phone call. Called for my break in service for my Yamaha MT-09 and they said drop it off day before my appointment and it would be ready by end of the next day per my appointment. Called me back 5 hrs later to come pick her back up! Young man at counter walked me through what was done and answered my many questions concerning maintenance and upgrades. I was even talking with the GM who also was very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done, and everything you don’t receive from other service dealers. I even talk with tech who performed the work on my bike. Very comfortable experience. Excellent

stopped in late on a Saturday with a tire for my café racer, not only did they squeeze me in on an already packed day they found another issue with my rim and offered a solution. I was back riding in a couple hours instead of weeks. Everyone there was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will be returning for more business in the future 10/10 recommend Roost.

Kyle in the shop is highly skilled and great to deal with. Fair prices for quality work. Quick and courteous service by everyone I dealt with at Roost, great selection of parts and off-road machines, and they work on street bikes too. I will definitely be a return customer!

Great friendly fast service. Had a flat, needed a tube installed. Called to make sure they had the part & make an appointment. They were busy but said they would squeeze me in. 20 minutes later I was out of there putting the wheel back on my bike. Nice!

I've been to a handful of motorcycle shops in and around the area, from Canton to Waterbury, but I've never felt a need to go back. Roost has great mechanics, great service time, fair prices, and everything else you'd expect from a good shop, but what makes them stand out is how much they care about their customers. It's the only place I trust with my bike.

Excellent customer service! Brought and old dirtbike here for a few repairs and the staff was honest, helpful, and finished ahead of schedule (even with part delay and short staff). Will definitely return for future repairs and purchases.

My family rides at Thomaston Dam weekly. And though I have been buying most bike parts online, The parts guy found a front sprocket for my Husqvarna that had no part # in any of the catalogs, and at a very good price. Service wise, I blew a rear tire at the Dam, ending my day...they sold me a new tube, then offered to mount it for me at a price that I couldn’t turn down. And it was back to riding for us. Roost has always had the best customer service, need my atv tires changed all other stores were on a 2-3 day waiting list.Called Roost power sports and they took my tires same day and had them installed and loaded in my truck in less than 1 hour, can't beat that service! A+

I stumbled upon this place after buying a used bike. Even though I ride a Honda and they sell Husqvarna, they've been extremely helpful every time I've gone in. Recently had to return some parts and they were incredibly helpful.

Seth and Devon did a good job fixing my Polaris. They were quick and knowledgeable.
