THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS A JOKE, IT TOOK ME 1HR AND 45 MIN TO GET INSURANCE CARDS AND A BINDER FOR A EXISTING CUSTOMER, MEAGAN SHOULD QUIT, SHE DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIMPLEST THINGS LIKE ADDING A LIENHOLDER , OR PUTTING THE CORRECT DEDUCTIBLES...I ASK FOR ONE THING AND SOMETHING ELSE CHANGES, THEN I CALL BACK AND TELL HER TO CHANGE THIS BACK AND THE NEW BINDER WOULD BE WRONG AGAIN. I WASTED ALL THAT TIME AND ABOUT 50 SHEETS OF PAPER. IF YOU WANT A GREAT INSURANCE AGENT CALL SURGE MOURADOV AT LIBERTY MUTUAL IN GLASTONBURY. NOBODY COMPARES TO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE HE DOES.
