I started training here because his gym was at walking distance from my home. I had zero Crossfit and weightlifting experience at the time, and after 3 months training with Dan I went from lifting 95 to almost 200 lbs and not because I got stronger, but because my technique improved so much thanks to Dan's constant lessons and reminders. Great place with great equipments and a great community

Much cleaner and nicer than your average CrossFit gym. Dan is an experienced, very helpful and professional coach. Small class sizes, showers, easy parking, great programming. Can’t recommend enough!

Dan knows his Sh!t, goes out of his way to make sure the form is perfect. Very attentive and quickly ready to adapt to your comfort level and most important looks out for your best interest to protect you from injury.. not that it should matter but Dans music playlist is bar-none.. 💪🏾👍🏾🙌🏽

Great place for challenging workout. Always encouraged to do your best and you learn and grow throughout the experience.
