This place is the best Ihop I have been to ever! They serve fresh food and customer service is great. I was very please with both my visits during peak hours

Waitress Ingrid is awesome. She has great customer service and is very friendly and attentive. Every time we go there we always have a great experience with this young lady. She’s an Amazing person.

If you love breakfast food you, can't beat it. They have some really good French toast and omelets. I wish the home fries were home style but they will do.

Never disappointed it was very good the server was so polite will return.

Really careful COVID procedures. They are only filling the restaurant at about 20% capacity (or less), even asking people to wait outside and risking lost business due to wait times to make sure there is plenty of space between parties and each table. Of course, they also have delicious pancakes and great deals.

I ordered the chicken and pancakes, came with 3 pancakes 4 chicken strips, the syrup was nice and warm had a strawberry splash drink. Social distance we were saced out from others. Face mask is mandatory states on the door no mask no service. Food arrived quick nice and hot. Great service.

Classic restaurant food good even though the menu has changed, they still know how to make previous offer dishes . Just have to ask.

I went to this place for breakfast. I had waffles with chicken and chocolate milk. It was so delicious. I would want to go to this place again. Even the customer service was great. 5 stars.

My family and I had a great experience! The food was amazing and our server, Andrew, was the best. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend!

Young Man was more than patient with us as someone on leaving recognized me and came over to greet me and he had to wait to get our order. I appreciated him. Mind you I'm 90 and I was with my Granddaughter who also was patient and hungry.

I love IHOP! I wish there was one closer to where I live, then I'd visit more often. I don't like pancakes, but I'll eat IHOP pancakes!

Went with my church Anointed Tabernacle Ministries to have a Outreach meeting at the Hamden IHOP. The waitress was so nice and attentive to our table. Food came out hot and only had to send back some eggs that were not cooked the way it was ordered. Being a Chef, that will happen especially with eggs. There was 6 of us only 4 ate but the service was outstanding and our waitress was left a $40 tip for $64 in food! Nice experience

Can't beat the 2x2x2 breakfast! And we love our waitress Tina! She's always very nice and a lot of fun too.

Surprisingly delicious IHOP! Real ones know that diner food can be either healing or traumatizing, and this was an unexpected delight! The close times are inconsistent between the website and the brick-and-mortar location, but the staff was exceptionally nice when we accidentally came in 10 minutes before close. The kitchen food was fresh, and the staff was nice as we quickly ate then left. I got the country fried steak, and my boo got a pancake breakfast.

This is most likely the best place for breakfast in the greater New Haven area. I went in and was treated like a VIP. I was shown to a table, and a server promptly came over with a menu and asked if I would like something to drink.

She brought me my coffee and left me to go over it. When I looked up, she came right over and took my order.

When she returned a few minutes later with my food, I must say, it was cooked EXACTLY as I requested. The omlet inside ingredients were grilled perfectly, and the egg was as I requested as were the hash browns. She asked me if I would like some more coffee. She came back every fee minutes to insure my meal was to my satisfaction, and it was.

On a scale of 1-10, this place gets an 11.5!

This establishment has a A rating which means it's clean, food is at proper temperature, and food is stored as per rules and regulations for restaurants. So if your in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed. Look for the A rating from the health dept on the front door!! Great job Ihop!!
