I had some challenges getting to talk with a person. Trying to set things up required several phone calls & chats. But the repair person was someone I've met before and trust so I was glad to have that go well.

Even though he was on time for 3pm, the window was for all day. I Lost a whole day's work when could have worked at least a half day if I was notified the night before.
