Terrific breakfast experience. We had the Monte Cristo and their big breakfast and both choices were delicious. Food arrived at our table within 10 minutes of ordering. All necessary condiments/coffee supplies were plentiful and readily available at the table, no need to ask for anything. Servers were very attentive and quick with coffee refills, although I thought the coffee was not very good (hubby liked it). Would absolutely eat here again.

5 Stars! The food is very good and affordable, the service was prompt and the atmosphere is great. The place is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking available, quick access to highway. It's very popular so there may be a little wait but definitely worth it! Highly recommended.

I love this place! One of the best breakfasts I have had. The corned beef hash is homemade and fresh. Everything is made to order. No frozen homefries instead soft, hot potatoes lightly seasoned to perfection. I can't wait to try something new next time. Great job!!

Excellent breakfast I had 2 eggs over easy cooked just like I wanted. Hash browns had crispy edges and nice flavor. Restaurant was very clean staff efficient and friendly.

Nice homey breakfast place. Typical of American breakfast. Really filling and delicious. It has many varieties.. savory breakfast, sweet breakfast. The portion was decent. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Staffs were friendly and the bathroom was very clean. Only open till 3 pm

I wanted French Toast, eggs and bacon for breakfast. I searched locally since I was already in Milford.I was tempted to head to a cafe in New Haven, but decided to give Nick’s a try. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Prior to entering, I was going to order take out. However, a sweet young lady greeted me at the door. Her temperament was so warm, I decided to stay. I knew what I wanted do when my waitress came, I gave her my order. Let me the tell you, as quick as I put in my order is how quick my omelette and French Toast platters came to my table. The serving was filling as I only ate half of everything, I enjoyed the thickness of the FT, not too sweet, the seasoning of the potatoes, crispy lean bacon strips, and my special made mushrooms, tomato, and spinach omelette. I’m writing this review hours later as I finish it off. Pricing was 👍🏾. I will definitely be back,

In CT from VA visiting family and needed to grab breakfast on the fly. Mapquest alerted me to Nick's and the reviews and description had me stop. I am sitting at the counter being served by excellent, attentive staff, all while rge sit down waitress service and take out (both walk in and drive through) are humming on a late Thursday morning (fantastic buzz, far from peak time). To top it off, the food is fine and priced right. One feels Nick's has been around for a long time and will continue to serve well into the future. Go! Chrissy at the counter will be a pro - and I even saw Nick hard at work with the regulars.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Stop by for friendly staff, good simple food, and a clean restaurant/bathroom environment. I believe having a clean bathroom can be indicative of how their kitchen is. Clean bathroom = clean kitchen and vis versa. This place is 3 years old at this location (because of imminent domain) but almost 30 years in total has been doing the great breakfast and lunch meals.

I got the French toast breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, and coffee. Lovely light French toast, the bacon was pretty awesome for not being thick cut, the sausage was really good and the eggs were regular poured from a bottle (or so I think). Coffee was good and the service was great. Chrissy was my server and a great professional and friendly worker. Lots of regulars and stragglers like myself.

What a West Havens outstanding breakfast and lunch places. Settling into a brand new home off I - 95 exit 42.I have the turkey bacon club which came with shoestring french fries and coleslaw. It was delicious! Husband had a yummy eggplant parmesan sandwich and potato salad. The potato salad crock and the sandwich tasted really good. Service was exceptional. Decor an ambulance were outstanding for a breakfast sandwich place.

Really nice clean place... food is excellent.. great atmosphere . The team works really well together taking care of all your needs..Nick came out to see if everyone was OK.. we spoke with Nick for a good while.. lovely man.. he loves his team and it shows..!.. you won't be disappointed at all.. we will make it a place to go to for a great hearty breakfast.. enjoyed meeting people there.. everyone is friendly.. glad I live in westhaven.. Nick's is a real treat.. relaxing.. fast service.. really friendly staff and entertaining.. we will make it a weekly treat.. prices are great to.. fresh and delicious 😋 😍 😜

I love this place! It smells so good just driving up to it. It has a nice diner vibe and the staff is really friendly. They have awesome breakfast options, my favorite is the corned beef hash. I've yet to try lunch but that is another adventure I will post when I'm done enjoying breakfast options.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, there was a during our visit with a busy lunch crowd, plentiful menu - food came out quick and was tasty and well prepared. Best part was GOOD COFFEE! Would definitely stop here again!

Flavor and quality of the food is great. Not the least expensive option for lunch, and the beverage prices are high. Nevertheless, a good option for a pastrami or corned beef Reuben sandwich.

Great omelets!!! We went for breakfast and the food was ready super fast. I'll most definitely make my way to visit the place in person and to try out the lunch and dinner menu.

If You Have ever seen a restaurant movie scene, restaurants in movies are always for some reason made out to be hectic but in reality it is heaven, because Nick's is rarely full. They have 18-24 tables at Nick's. But over all I give Nick's Luncheonette 10 stars. I once went here for a graduation Breakfast On Friday, June 9th, 2023 at precisely 9:05 AM. Nick's Luncheonette Service Is Impeccably Great, And Their Employees Should Get A Raise.

Solid diner with better than average breakfasts. The Benedicts are good...as are the standard bacon and eggs. Nice crew that handles a crowd well.
