The service is top-notch, and it's a delightful place to shop. While their prices are slightly higher than Walmart, the quality and customer service kinda make up for it.

Much cleaner and always stocked compared to the others in new haven.. I'd definitely recommend going the extra mile to go here.. you won't be disappointed

Penny is a phenomenal employee. Best i've ever seen and worked with. The white lady with the black hair who is a cdh there( can't think of her name), extremely rude and nasty and bullies Penny and disrepects her all the time and for no reason always harrasses her. That cdh lady needs to be fired immediately. She's nasty to customers also. I've had others say to me that She's a piece of garbage also. She's always mean and miserable and has a mean look about her

I truly enjoy every visit to this supermarket.
Its always clean, the cashiers provide excellent customer service and there's usually ample parking...

It was very big and clean. Inside there is M&T Bank and Starbucks and a pharmacy.

Decent price on most items milk prices soaring organic milk anyway I shop here instead of Walmart or Shop rite larger varieties of organic milk to choose from.

Was very impressed it's way better then Wal-mart.

This was the West Haven store. This one and Milford's are the best ones to shop in.

I just wanted to compliment your cashier Penny. She is always very friendly, and goes out of her way to be helpful. Ihave lived all over the country.
I've shopped at Safeway, Albertson's, Raley. And many more. She is the best I've ever encountered

Former manager now retired I always loved this store. Staff very friendly and one of the cleanest in the state. Excellent Store Manager and perhaps the best deli manager. Front end servlce is a A+. Well maintained store.

Great produce department and lots of vegan options.

They actually r the first store i was able to find everything i needed. I don't know why i ever stopped going there. I thought there was this Karen there but she was pretty kool she allowed me to use her card n helped me unload my groceries onto the belt. I had a pretty good experience.

Alot better than it used to be. Used to be alot of unhappy people working there, now there's more positive people and it's a comfortable place to shop. Old management kicked me out cause I went to grab my card and an employee had put my cart to the side for me and when I came in they were putting my things back and the manager said she don't wait for nobody. Glad they fixed that up !

Stop and Shop has a variety of items to shop for. Lines not too long, but you can choose to use a cashier, or self checkout. Stop and Shop has changed their store around, so all the products are not in the same aisles as they use to be. The change looks very nice.

It was an excellent shopping experience in. Clean store, lots of items on sale, and helpful employee who offered to bag my items at the Self Check out lane. I had my own bag so I was good, and thanked her for offering to bag my items. The employee at the Help Desk was efficient with my Western Union transaction. I highly recommend shopping at this Stop & Shop in West Haven, CT. Close to Main Street near banks and other shops. Close to highways, too. Equally residential and commercial area.

Great place to shop. It's like a one stop shop for all your groceries and life style products. I love the fresh fruits especially the organic ones. You can get all sorts of meat here. I was really blown when walked into this branch of stop and shop. I was captivated with the self service checkout and this has greatly reduced the the queue. There’s a wheelchair accessible car park, entrance and restroom.

Very nice place to shop. This was my 1st time at this location and I had no problem finding everything I needed. I had to use a Electric Cart from the store and found one right away plugged in charging. The women checking me out were very nice and bagged my groceries and put them in the cart so I didn't have to get up. When I got to my car the young man doing the carts helped me put my stuff in my car and brought the cart back in. I really appreciated the kind people especially since shopping is very hard for me cause I suffer from chronic back pain.

Great workers and friendly. Penny I feel like ive now her for years. Shr treats everyone like so friendly and now their name ... also Robin , Patricia , and a few othets cant recall the this minute . . But i feel like were all a family place to shop...

Always like this S&S clean, produce & meat are fresh. They're well stocked. Today was great because all the coupons and rewards from the app worked! Cashiers friendly and patient in explaining things.
