Im not sure why I never tried them before i had them on Saturday, but this place is amazing!!! Not only do they make their own bread fresh daily, but their food quality is top notch!! The staff was super nice and welcoming as me being a first time customer and even offered me one of their signature baked cookies! They were so convinced i would like it that they offered to give it to me for free if i didnt! it was amazing btw. they will see me plenty of more times and their bread is absolutely heavenly and doughy and fresh with their sandwiches! My kids love the subs from this place! Pizza and garlic knots are really good too. Mostly take out, call ahead and expect a line on Friday nights.

I swear this is the best pizza around n the garlic knots or garlic sticks whatever they call them are amazing they were so super duper yummy!! most people take the pizza home so it's not really a dine in place but you can eat there which we did and the servers were so awesome and nice I would recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza. My kids are so picky we usually have to go to two different pizza places if we want to eat pizza so it's spectacular to actually go to one place they all like.

My favorite pizza in the world. The best toppings, sauce, and overall crispiness. I love it.

This pizza spot has am old school feel to it, thr pizza is AWESOME definitely recommend! Don't sleep on the Italian sub either

Good Sicilian pie. The staff is always friendly, and provides good service. No issues. They have a few decent desserts in the case up front and Foxon Park soda in the cooler along with the other pizza place staples.

Ordered a pizza and loved it and drooled watching them make the grinders. This is an amazing place and to think I've driven past so many times without stopping. The homemade breads - yikes! Great service, great vibe. Worth the trip from anywhere in the state. Exceptional sauce.

Stuffed bread with broccoli 🥦 & spinach very yummy. If you are in Connecticut don’t miss this joint , parking is excellent and restaurant is right by the road side with a Gas Station next to it. You can take a good rest and nice lunch or dinner as per your timing……😋😋😋😋

Pizza is absolutely amazing, the flavor of the sauce will make your mouth water!! Better than average cheese and finally, the CRUST IS KING!!! I’m sorry but I would choose this over Zuppardi’s any day! I like Zuppardi’s but Michelangelo’s MURDERS the crust! Light, crisp and airy, NOT chewy (no thanks). Definitely try their fresh baked rolls with butter if you get to go there early in the day when they are hot and fresh out of the oven. A little heavy on the cheese for me personally but their sauce and crust are incredible!!!

Always order a fresh pie and you will always be pleased. The sauce and cheese are both very good.

Just needed a slice to hold me up from a night of Margaritas. Also bought some eggplant. Both were delicious. I must return to try more dishes, they all looked good, but unfortunately, I was strapped for time

I have been on a pizza hunt in West Haven and so far this is the best pizza. The blend of sauce and cheese with great tasting dough has an excellent ratio! Even so when the pizza is cold, the sauce hasn't soaked into the bread or dried up. This is the pizza that makes me drive across town for.

The staff does a great job, always very friendly and attentive. The food preparation is excellent. We had the Meat Lovers pie, it had the most meat we've ever had on a pie. It all most had too much meat! The food was prepared and delivered quickly, everything was spot on.

Great subs and sandwiches! I especially love the super crusty hard rolls the sandwiches are made with. The staff are very nice and friendly. There are a few booths if you decide to eat there. The cashier will bring you your food, which is nice, but that is the extent of the wait service.

Excellent food and bread. Really terrific Italian food. I had the pepper and egg grinder, which was amazing. I've eaten there before and have never been disappointed. Good value. A great spot. Grab a 6-pack next door.
