Clean store that had what I needed, you’re not gonna buy your all your food for the week there, but it’s a good spot to go to if you need something quick

I have been a regular customer for over a year, buying the same products week after week. I got a defective item and immediately tried to exchange. I was told I could buy another for half price. Why should I have to buy the same product when it wasn’t to its quality?? I recall a previous incident were I had the same issue at the same store and was gladly exchanged by a different cashier (the owner I’m assuming). They lost a customer as of today and will be telling others about this ridiculous policy.

When I tried to exchange a defective product the workers were not accommodating to the circumstances that were occurring and were trying to play it off as not defective even though they never used the product themselves and wouldn’t know the difference.
