No matter what the issue that brings us to the doctor's, we always are treated with great care and compassion. Only a few times have we had to wait longer than expected. Emergencies happen and sometimes a patient needs longer than expected and that pushes things back. Having been one of those patients that has needed extra time, I am grateful for never feeling rushed! The kindness and compassion is not limited to doctors. The office staff has always been so kind whether in person or on the phone. Everyone there is more than competent and I know my health and well-being are always their first concern!

Kauser Khan is so good to work with. She has given me solid advice/treatment each time I've been ill, and she treats me with care and respect.

I switched doctors to Dr Camyre after moving to the area. I could see how communicating with this office could be frustrating if you DONT use the patient portal, but if you do, they are responsive and communicate well. He seems knowledgeable and his staff are good, though it's not the most personable office.

They dont seem to remember to turn their phone back on after lunch when theyre "out of office", so it's hard to get through. There are no options for scheduling an appointment through the patient portal or to request a call for an appt to be scheduled.

I like my physician once I am able to get in. Listen, when your voice prompt at the beginning of the call says they close at 430, I expect that you will be able to reach someone a few minutes before 430. I work till 5pm and I try my hardest to call at 415, the line is busy and then at 420 I am automatically forwarded to the hotline. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am looking forward to leaving for an office that genuinely cares about providing health services to patients.

Dr Orris is a great doctor who is concerned with my health, but I think the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have asked on occasion to get messages to the doctor or to see if they could ask the doctor to call in a prescription for a case of poison ivy and the answer is no. You need to be seen. I’m not asking for narcotics. It just seems like a money grab. It’s just so disappointing. The front office staff is making me want to change my PCP. There is no flexibility here.

Been a patient at this office for over 15 years. Dr. Kumar was my physician. She was excellent, but sadly moved to Texas a couple years back. The staff has always been incompetent (not returning calls, not giving messages to dr, not refilling prescriptions, etc), but I remained a patient because of Dr. Kumar’s excellence. Since she left, I have tried every doctor in the office (other than Dr. Orris, who isn’t taking new patients), & I have been disappointed with every one of them. Dr. Talati acts like a robot & spends the entire visit typing on her laptop, rarely asks questions, & doesn’t answer questions thoroughly. Dr. Camyre I can tell really knows his stuff, but has absolutely no bedside manner. He’s exactly not rude, but doesn’t seem caring or sympathetic & usually seems like he’s in a hurry to get you out of there. Sometimes when I ask him a question, he gives the impression that it was a stupid question to ask. Also, I have many health issues, but rather than coordinating my healthcare, like a primary should, he says I have plenty of specialists, so I only need to see him once a year for a physical. I am planning to find a new office to go to since I’ve tried every dr in this one & don’t like any of them.

Doctor Talati is good *see edit* , but the other office staff members need work. I waited an hour past my appointment time before I got taken. I could hear them talking about me as the "new patient," and knew it was me because when they were talking it was just me and people for lab work.
*Edit: I am no longer a patient because the doctor refused to fill out a prior authorization for my medication. First it was that they didn't have enough information, then it was that she wasn't comfortable prescribing that medication. Because of this, I have lost a lot of vision in my left eye. None of my medications had more then one pick up on them, and after that, they said she wasn't comfortable prescribing it.

Made an appt with Dr Camyre, got a call back that had cancelled my appointment because I had no supporting diagnosis, which proves he never looked at my records. Then, when I called the office back, the office assistant found the exact diagnosis he was looking for, on my record, in about 5 seconds on the phone. To top it off, she then went and found that it was a covered and supported diagnosis, so she could show the doctor he was wrong. Then I get another message, from the poor office assistant, with his waffling excuses as to why he doesn't want to treat me, which sounded a lot like him trying to backpedal and hide his negligence. I would never recommend going to him, all the other reviews I found of him were right. I will furthermore be filing a negligence complaint with the CT Medical Board; this guy shouldn't be practicing at all.

The office staff is incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Invariably they ignore faxes from my pharmacist when I need a prescription renewed, often for two days. This has happened more often than not, more than half the time, more than three quarters of the times I have needed a prescription renewed. I then have to go home and phone them to get them to find the fax, notify the doctor, and contact the pharmacist. Then I have to make a second trip to the pharmacy for my prescription.
Whenever I call the office I have to wait at least fifteen minutes before anyone answers the phone. In some instances I have waited for thirty minutes. The recording says they are serving other customers but I don't believe it for a minute. They don't have that many incoming calls throughout the day. It's just not possible. After about four years of putting up with this infuriating behavior, I complained angrily. Rather than apologize and agree to improve their performance, they refused to accept responsibly for their actions (or lack of same), and notified me that they will no longer provide health care services to me. They remind me of the tRump administration.
I was a patient of Dr. Kumar for several years and I found her to be a warm, caring, professional, and genuinely interested physician. I felt like I was getting excellent care from her. Regrettably, she moved to Texas about a year ago.
I was then placed under the care of Dr. Talati, whom I found to be rather cold, indifferent, and largely uncaring in her manner and performance. With Dr. Talati you are not getting health care so much as health processing. She has the attitude and demeanor of a cashier at a grocery store, a bored cashier at that. With Dr. Talati, you not a patient, but rather a customer, and she is very clearly annoyed that you are bothering her with your medical needs. When you order coffee or a soda a restaurant and you get it at room temperature, you can't say you didn't get what you ordered, but it's not at all what you expected or wanted when you placed your order. So too with Dr. Talati's performance and general attitude. In the way artificial flowers are realistic, but not quite the real thing, so is Dr. Talati a doctor. She is an imitation rather than the real thing. Apparently she is in it for the money and is disappointed that she isn't making more. She has ZERO empathy for her patients or perhaps all the empathy of a cement block. I would NOT recommend her as a physician to anyone.
I am considering suing them, but I have to find out if the court will consider this behavior a breach of the doctor/patient contract.

Can't stand Eric Camrye. He's arrogant and uncaring. He'll also decide he's not filling a prescription for you but won't call you to explain why or discuss it with you. My husband went to his office also. Got the same feeling I did. I've never been to a doctor I didn't care for like him before to but to be sure we won't see him again.

DR. CAMRYE is the worst. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. Don't go to this guy. He hates his job, and hates helping people. It is an inconvenience to him for you to be there. Worst Dr. I have ever seen. (edit: the nurse was very nice and great.)

Probably the only doctors office that made me really uncomfortable. They aren’t very welcoming or nice. Always felt rushed and everyone always seemed to have a nasty attitude.

Service has gone down hill the last couple years. The receptionist is rude and never smiles. You call and leave a message for your doctor and no one returns your phone call. You constantly have to follower up with them.
