What an amazing business!! Seriously the best customer service you could imagine. I am from the west coast & wanted to buy some wine as a birthday gift for my cousin in Cheshire. Not knowing who to call, I googled some places & luckily landed on Premier Wine & Spirits. After 2 minutes on the phone with Donna, I knew I made a great choice! She was so incredibly helpful in helping to pick the right wines. Also, not only did she personally write a card for me (that I dictated), and cello wrap them up beautifully, but she hand delivered them. My cousin LOVED it! This was true customer service at its finest. I am so grateful that I found this place & that Donna was so helpful & accommodating. Thank you, Donna!!! :)

Stopped in on a whim while traveling through town to hopefully find some great new local or regionally distributed beers. Bringo!! Absolutely outstanding selection of freshly canned hopped goodness from locally owned independent brewers. Ownership/Management, Ron & Donna, helped make fantastic suggestions and provided the best possible customer service!! They also gave solid information about visiting breweries and restaurants in the area, which became extremely helpful due to our short stay. Overall, if I lived in or near the town of Cheshire, this would be my “Go To” for well sourced adult beverages! Cheers!!

Nice store with all of your wine, spirits and craft beer needs. Top notch customer service! The owners are happy to help find anything you may need. I love the holiday themed table that is always decorated and full of all of the best holiday specialties and gifts. Great cigar selection and more! Happy to bring my business to this lovely shop.

Donna and Ron really know how to run an establishment. Every-time I walk in, I get a smile and amazing customer service. They sell top quality products and continuously give great recommendations. I know when I walk in wanting to try something new, I am going to walk out with a great new drink. Absolute 5 star place!

First visit and I already feel like family. Donna helped me find a bottle a wine for my wife and Ron gave me a nice shot while my bottles of wine were being wrapped. Typically I’m “in and out” at the liquor store but after this experience, they’ve definitely earned a repeat customer! Thank you Donna and Ron.

Ron and Donna are the best!! Super knowledgeable about all their products and always go the extra mile. We have been going to Premier since they opened and have become like family. Do yourself a favor and stop in to say hi. This will be your go to wine and spirit shop. If you don’t see what you’re looking for they will get it in for you. It’s no wonder they have been an Award winning shop every year since they opened.

Premier Wine & Spirits has been our “go-to” liquor store for a long time. The owners, Donna and Ron, couldn’t be nicer, more helpful and just all-around nice people! They greet people by name and get to know their customers, a great personal touch! They don’t carry the Pinot Grigio that I really like so they special order it for me and let me know when it’s in. For me it’s that personal touch that is so important and why I don’t shop anywhere else!

Premier is absolutely the most customer oriented store I’ve ever experienced. Donna and Ron GO OUT of THEIR WAY to help customers. I feel welcome every time I visit and I know that my questions will be answered and I will be able to purchase the products I am looking for. I am delighted that they care about the health of customers during this pandemic. They are extremely diligent about safety and and I appreciate this.

Premier Wine & Sprits has a wide selection to choose from. Ron and Donna are amazing and know their clientele. We used their services for our wedding and they took care of us and their recommendations on what to serve was spot on. As soon as you walk in they greet you. We value their wine selection and their bourbon and we enjoy trying the wines that are staff recommended. They are to us the best in the area and we only go to them for our liquor.

I'm far from an expert when it comes to anything wine related, so I went in knowing iI would need a bit of help planning for my event. I was immediately greeted and got undivided attention as I explained the details of what I was looking for. The owners were exceptionally patient with my indecisiveness and made me feel confident that my guests would enjoy their recommendations. Great service!!

Donna went above and beyond to help me place a special order for a bottle of vodka used in a drink I had recently had at a local bar. She took my name and number and texted me ASAP when the bottle came in. Donna and Ron take pride in helping their customers every step of the way! I will gladly shop at Premier Wine & Spirits to help support their family business because of the wonderful customer service and hospitality I had received. 😊

What can I say that hasn't been said. Ron and Donna are simply awesome. This is my go to stop whenever I need something. Always willing to help out, make suggestions or wrap a gift package. Make this your go to spot too!

I had a great experience shopping here. We don't live in the area (we live in Bristol), but ran in to grab some wine. I love Gewurztraminer and many places have no idea what that is, but the owners not only knew what it was...they also had some chilled AND said they would order more! We're going to make the short drive to stock up here from now on!

My father and I had a fantastic experience here. We came in looking for a little information on some drinks and the owner was extremely knowledgeable. She guided us not only in buying what we wanted, but helped us discover some entirely new liquors as well. Highly recommend, we will be back.

The owners have always been patient and helpful with questions and suggestions. During the pandemic they have gone out of their way to help customers with phone orders and curbside pick-up. We are lucky to have them in our town!
