Baker's Dozen - Norwich LLC

While out of town I hoped to find a place for a great salad. I stumbled upon this place and found a donut shop open later than I'm used to. And breakfast! I left with a croissant with sausage and cheese and egg. Picked up a half dozen donuts too. Very nice twist to my plan.

kind and speedy staff both at the drive thru and walk-in, fat boy with ketchup is awesome! iced cappuccino had a bit of a weird taste of a flavored sweetener in the drink but when i ordered they did say it already had sweetener in it, so it was really good for what it was!

This place is so much better than Dunkin Donuts. Coffees are hot with plenty of flavors to choose from. The bagels are light and airy. The donuts are the best with my favorite being the strawberry cheesecake donut, which is one of the manager's special. Super friendly staff, always!

Location is inside the gas station at the corner of Wawecus St & West Town Street.

Note: When leaving the parking lot and you need to make turn, exit onto Wawecus St to use the light instead of West Town St during the busy parts of the day (6:45AM - 9:00AM, Noon to 1PM, 3:30-4:30PM).

Always the friendliest place in any town where there's a Baker's Dozen to get a coffee or breakfast sandwiches. Consistently good early morning staff, and long-time manager literally knows the orders of both her walk-in and drive-thru customers by heart. When taking that into account- along with the quality and value of Baker's Dozen- it doesn't get much better than that....

Best coffee in town. Fresh specialty donuts are a must try also.

This was our first time getting coffee and donuts at Baker's Dozen and we had a great experience! There was great variety of donuts, all were fresh and fluffy, one of the best we've had in a long time. My coffee was delicious, not burned, simply perfect and that's a lot coming from me as I'm very picky about my coffee. Can't forget about the staff - they were very kind and engaging, knowledgeable about the product. We'll be back soon!

The absolute best breakfast around, everything is fresh, the baked goods are huge and delicious, and the prices are the same as or less than all the national chains around. And the customer service is top notch.

Super fast, friendly service. Iced cappuccino is delicious! And they usually give a free donut hole if there's a dog in your car at the drive thru.

Best muffin and coffee in years. I have been wasting my time and money at DD. Today I stopped at Bakers Dozen and had the best pistachio muffin with amazing coffee, fantastic especially since a pistachio muffin is hard to find. And the person who served me was quick to correct a mistake and kept smiling. Bye bye Dunkin' there is a much better choice for me now.

This place is amazing! Plenty Gluten-free options and staff is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the caramel iced latte and their sausage, egg and cheese combo. Keep up the great work, I wish you guys had other locations closer to New Haven, but if I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stop in!

I am pleasantly surprised by this establishment. I decided to give this a try because I had heard many good things. My coffee was hot and delicious. The sandwich I ordered was legit, not a Dunkin donuts product whatsoever. I will definitely be going back for coffee when I'm in a rush especially since this one is on my way to work.

Love this place. Breakfast sandwiches are the best I've ever had and coffee is very reasonably priced and delicious. Great donuts, too. I miss this place when I only have Starbucks or Dunkin when I travel.

We had breakfast, picked up from drive thru, great Staffan food. Would like to see them get a card for maybe a free coffee ir something for every dozen!

The fat boy sandwich is amazing!! The staff is so friendly. Im so grateful that we have one in norwich now. I use to go to Dunkin Donuts all the time but I don't anymore because I've found a new place to go.

My girlfriend and I love this place. The food is always good, and the coffee is always good. When you ask for a hot light and sweet, that’s what you get. If you go to Dunkin’ Donuts and ask for a light and sweet, they take a big fat sh!t in a cup and give it to you. Or at least that’s what it tastes and smells like. If you ask Dunkin’ Donuts for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, it tastes as if they gave you a dead mouse they found in their storage and stuck it in a burnt bagel. Thanks for not sh!tting in coffees!

It may have been my first time stopping by, but it won't be my last! Great donuts and great coffee. They also have fairy free creamer, which I always appreciate.

Where Starbucks meets Dunkin', yet a personal feel. But better food and coffee. Don't get the cold brew. Definitely try the Fat Boy. Wish they delivered.
