Jack's Brick Oven Pizzeria Restaurant

Omg, the food here is spectacular. And such generous portions for the price. The prices are a little more expensive than I was expecting but the food is phenomenal and totally worth it.

I want to take all my guests here whenever they next visit. The inside looks very inviting. The online ordering experience was pretty smooth and the pickup experience was seemless.

Yum! I'll be back to sample their other food. Drinks were big and delicious! Calamari was exactly what I needed (need the tentacles though! Lol). Sat at the bar and didn't get the attention that I'm used to at the bar, but it was dinnertime on a Friday so understandable. Again, will definitely be back again. 😋

Hubby and I went to Mohegan sun and I ordered the Stromboli from Jack's for dinner. Looks good right. It was great! Jack's is my favorite place when going to the casino. My hubby gets his Bobby's burger and I get Jack's which is less than a 10 minute drive away from the casino. Service is excellent. Waitstaff is super friendly. Food is consistently good and affordable.

I’ve been going to Jacks for years! It’s such a good place to bring my family! My wife and I went on a date night there last week. Oh! You need to try the breadsticks with Gorgonzola cheese sauce!

Wow, what a hidden little gem! We found this place on a whim after facing the stark realization that the casino would have been over packed, so we gave this place a shot. Their salads were so fresh and expertly prepared, and they have one of the best margarita pizzas we've had! And to top it off, they have an above average drink menu which was a bonus!

And id you dine in make sure to ask for Bella, she's a superstar who gave us awesome service!!!

Last night, I had the salmon burger. It was excellent. The hard roll that was used complimented the burger.
Our server, Gabbie, (sp?) went above and beyond in her demeanor and service. My family members treated me for my birthday.

Hands down the best tasting pizza we have ever had. We DARE YOU to try it.
Our waitress Becky was very knowledgeable and sweet 😋 Jack the owner was absolutely wonderful and very personable. We will definitely be coming back with the family.

Went there tonight with my family, 9 of us! Everyone loved the food and the service was great! I personally had the Penne Alla Vodka with grilled chicken added. It was fantastic! One of the best I've had!

Great food and large portions. The burgers are giant and fresh. I had the lamb gyro, it was the best gyro I have ever had. The fries were good.
The server had a bit of an attitude, didn’t refill our drinks or check on us.
The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean and huge.
I highly recommend this place, DELICIOUS 🤤

This Italian place is awesome, I like to go there every once in a while with friends to show them the Italian food that I love (cause I used to work in a Italian place like jacks before ) Food is authentic Italian and delicious, and service is great ' I recommend this place to any one who I know are craving for pizza or pasta even the grinders, wraps, paninis, and appetizers !! Take the chance to try this place and if you know about Italian food you will love it!!! Still the best

A great place to stop for a quick bite.
We ordered a chicken pesto pizza, a couple of beers and a slice of tiramisu. Service was friendly and very efficient, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to hearing up leftovers tomorrow and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Love it here! Good service and the Pizza is delicious when cooked to perfection in that brick oven! Lots of dinner and lunch choices and they are All Good!

If I could leave a -1 I would. You think one would try to make up for nasty food with good service? Absolutely NOT. The worst service and lousy food.
UPDATE: Today the owner reached out to me concerning the treatment I received last night. I appreciate him for actually listening and investigating what happened then ultimately calling me to make it right. My experience has been limited to some employees who hopefully has been delt with. The owner expects his customers to be treated with excellence not ignorance. I believe him. I'm assuming that's where the good reviews come from. My experience was awful but limited to some carelessness of a couple of employees and not the restaurant as a whole. Thank you do much Jack for caring and reaching out to me. I'm looking forward to an outstanding experience at Jack's Brick Oven Pizzeria. I'd love that.

While the pasta is excellent, the pizza's here are some of the best in Norwich, which is saying alot because I never had a pizza from Connecticut that was less then "pretty good".

Owner and staff are friendly too, they remembered me even after being away for 6 months and greet me warmly everytime I swing by.

Absolutely fantastic! Great food and exceptional service. Our server Christina was attentive, friendly and treated us like family.

Ordered a white 4 cheese pizza which was very good. The pasta fagioli was delicious. The service was a little slow due to it being a Saturday night but the wait staff was hustling. The food was served hot. Brought left over pizza home.

We love Jack's, this is our annual tradition to come in her birthday, and the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!

This place is a hidden gem. Connecticut is known for having a lot of pizzeria locally owned restaurants. We have 2 like 5 mins away from our home, in Uncasville. We discovered Jack's on a afternoon after shopping. We sat outside and my boyfriend had a beer, ordered 12 garlic knots. Only 5$, we were skeptical. Also ordered mozzarella sticks. The garlic knots were AMAZING. Bread was very soft - garlic buttery goodness and marinara upon request. The mozzarella sticks were just as amazing. We had the white spinach pizza to finish. I don't like spinach much but this pizza was 10 stars. It was so good!!

This time, we ordered some delivery. We live 15 mins away - and they were willing to make the delivery from Norwich to Uncasville. It only took maybe 30 minutes for it to arrive - very impressive. This time we got the specialty pizza the Capprossa - crispy thin crust yet soft and tender - super yummy with a side of garlic bread with cheese.

They must house make their sauce - it has so many herbs in it and you can taste. Basil, parsley, dill... a must visit.

First time at Jack's. We all tried different pasta dishes and each was done perfectly. All the pasta was perfectly al denté and the portions were huge. Overall this was a 5 start meal with Mika as 5 star service. Great job!
