When I came in last week I was very pleased with the service I received from the nice lady’s on the front end. But when I came to the bakery to get a cake I was taken aback by the bakery managers lack of urgency to come over to the counter to serve me, after waiting multiple minutes I was greeted with a rude tone and was hurried along as if I was causing her an inconvenience.

A few times I’ve waited more than 10 min and not one person in sight behind counter. One time I had to go to service desk to ask if it had been abandoned. They are rude when you actually get someone. This last time, I’ve decided to drive to CVS is Vernon.

I am very upset I wanted 2 slices of pizza today before I shopped. They no longer have registers so you can pay at the counter. I was told I had to go to a main line to pay well they were very busy only 3 register open with long lines in addition the pizza person was rude. I’ll never ever buy pizza there again. Fight lines twice for a slice of pizza not a chance
