Stephanie has been better than exceptional during our visit at the Tolland Verizon. We came in for 2 new phones and walked out knowing we could count on help from Stephanie if needed.
Not only did she transfer all of our info from one phone to another but she also helped out my sister with putting liquid protectors on new tablets.
Stephanie was a font of information as well as being personable. She doesn't work at Tolland all the time. She moved to different locations. But if you're lucky enough to have her services, you will not be disappointed.

Tyler went the extra mile to assist me numerous times his past year with questions and technical issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind and listened to and respected my needs. When I dropped my phone in early January,(after already being overdue for a new phone), he worked tirelessly and for a long period of time trying different means ensure transfer of all of to transfer all of the content to my new phone. Tyler was the agent working with me and helped get my new iPhone 14 all set up and ready to go. he was a pleasure to work with I felt like I knew him for years. Tyler was very knowledgeable and patient, even when I had to restart the process of transferring my old phone over to the new one he was still upbeat and cheerful. I ended up calling him asking if he could help me with changing the name on my iPhone even though that was such a small task he still helped me after I had left and with all the kindness in the world. This just shows what quality people Verizon hires.
