Cody is an awesome asset to this store. I came in looking for a specific type of vape but he quickly pointed out and sold me on a different one. I was skeptical but once I got home and tried it out, I quickly realized he meant every word he said. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I absolutely love this place! I get treated like family. These guys are always up on new Mods and new juices. They personally try out the new Mods that come into the shop. Then they are able to give customers an opinion on that product for sale. They always have sales running on juices. I cannot give praise enough on this little shop. This is the place to go for your vaping needs.

Wonderful shop with a great, knowledgeable staff. Will take the time to help you pick out a vape in your price range and juice that suits your taste and budget. I applaud the owner and management for hiring Active Duty sailors and/or their spouses to help bolster their ties to the community. This shop is wonderful, they even have a formulation scientist to make a custom nicotine level for your juice! Highly professional with reasonable prices, it doesn't get better than that and I will continue to come here.

These folks are wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and make you feel like family. Doc always has some knowledge to impart and (I wish I could remember his name) the younger gentleman recently spend a solid half hour helping me to choose a new tank and walking me through how it works step by step. I’m very choosy about with whom and which products I choose to trust. These folk and their products are top notch!

Absolutely love this shop and the staff. Very knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues or misunderstandings. The hours are by far the best around and the selection of juice and devices are endless. Always recommend this shop to people I know, even if it is out of their way. Keep it up!

everyone that works at the shop is very experienced and knows exactly what someone is going to want as soon as they walk into the door. There is an excellent amount of choices for E-juice flavors, and brands. I've never been disappointed when I've been to the shop, and I always leave with something new and useful

I have been here a few times. I have also been to many other shops in the area. This shop yes is not perfect. No shop is. Not every customer will get the atmosphere that is created in this shop. The staff is very blunt and gives advice on items based on personal experience. If you decide to not follow their suggestions and go your own way that is up to you. I am relatively new to the vape world so when I first stopped here I did not know what I was getting into. The staff helped my wife and I for over two hours until we finally made a choice on the mod we wanted and the juice to go along with it. Great shop!!!!! If you complain about the return policy remember that every item in the store is considered a tobacco product so most returns are not allowed but they will work with you if something isnt right!!!!

Best vape shop around hands down! not only do they have hundreds of juices but the prices are really good. they sell practically everything. They also give great discounts for military. The service is great and definitely a place you can just hangout at. I would highly suggest this shop. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

Absolute awesome place to visit! If you don't know much about vaping, then Drip & Drop is the place to go! Ask for Scott, he can tell you EVERYTHING you need/want to know about vaping! They have great prices too. There are currently two locations in the Groton/GalesFerry area. One is 243 Poquonnock Rd & the Second is 1600 CT-12.. BEST VAPE SHOPS AROUND! An employee there named Chris was more than willing to sit down with me and show me the spcfics of how to get the best out of your vape. He was patient and very kind. I go here all the time, great service and friendly staff. Perfect for beginners who I haven't a clue ( I know I didn't) but they put me into something I'm happy with and loving. Also perfect for the veterans due to the unparalleled knowledge of the staff. Love it!

So many flavors and options to choose from. The staff really tries to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Sometimes there is too much of just hanging out when I come in just to buy some juice and takes a few minutes to get help.

Convenient location for me, close proximity to my work. Lots of variety on machines, brands and flavors. Jen went out of her way to help me find what I needed.
