I called ahead to see if the make and model of what I wanted to buy was available. It was AND they told me they would hold it for me until senior day when I could save 10%! I love my local Ace Hardware.

Every time I go to Ace Hardware I am never disappointed. We always find a fix or a solution to the problem I am dealing with. Thank you for being the ACE! in my life.

This store has so much variety of inventory. When fixing anything around the house they've got it. I feel extremely lucky to have access to this much stuff within a mile of my house.

Hardware stores all offer something different. I like ace because of their grilling section. Best place to get good charcoal (B&B, blue hog, etc) and a the best of Weber grills.

Its also quite easy to find simple things you need. Easier to get in and out than going up reserve to the bigger improvement stores.

I just got the best service ever. I called ahead to see if they had a product. They found it for me and it was the last one. They held it for me while I raced over there to pick it up. Then when I got there they directed me to the counter that held my item. Then the counter lady was super kind. Excellent customer service. Excellent experience! Thank you!

Ace hardware is a pretty solid local institution wherever you go. They carry a lot of stuff and have helpful people working there.

Got a backup replacement car key cut for less than $5 (no chip) which is the lowest I've ever found.

I love how friendly and helpful the people that work here are. Always able to find what I need.

I purchased an EGO device from ACE (Tremper's) recently and had problems with the battery. I went today and they swapped out the defective battery and gave me a new one for free in a matter of minutes. I couldn't be more happy with their response!! (They also gave credit to EGO for their relationship with ACE and their excellent customer service.) Missoula ACE Hardware is the best!

I can nearly always find what I need in this store and help is usually available.

I’ve been to the store twice in the last week with small home (apartment) repair issues. Both times, they led me straight to what I asked for, and then offered an alternative (which was cheaper). Definitely found my hardware store! It’s like having a parent on hand to answer all your questions and help explain everything!

Had to go in to get an extra pair of car keys for emergencies. There was a gentleman named Roman that helped. I’m giving Roman a shoutout at Ace for being such an awesome person and blessed that he was very knowledgeable and helpful with my keys. Customer service was outstanding! Thank you Ace hardware!

I was very impressed with the staff at this store. Kyle was EXTREMELY helpful and sold me a leaf blower along with the stuff I needed for it. Everyone was super helpful. I never even had to look for anything I needed on my own because every employee stopped to ask if I needed help finding anything. Highly recommend!

I recently went to this Ace off of Brooks with my key fob that was not working for my 09' Jeep Commander. I got Robert's attention in customer service and I'm really glad I did. He not only helped me price a new key fob but he took my key fob apart, tried to give it a new case and in turn repaired the one in the old case. Although I will be getting a new one soon, the skilled ability, calm focus and attention to detail Robert had, all while I was filled with anxiety and questions, he put my key fob in working order and I am in a way better mood. Thank you Robert!

Outstanding hardware store. Excellent selection of fasteners, high quality paints, and plumbing supplies, to name just a few. The staff is almost always knowledgeable and helpful. As of fall 2022 I'm finding their prices better than the big box stores on North reserve. The ace website is a great way to check prices and local store availability of inventory, which can save me a trip.

Honestly, one of the friendliest places in town. We have lived in Missoula for really long time and they have the absolute best customer service.

This is the best hardware store. We went in just looking for canning jars, but every time we thought of something else we needed, a salesperson magically appeared and helped us find it. They even had HDMI cables, when target, best buy, and another computer store were sold out. You can find everything you need at Ace, with knowledgeable and helpful staff around every corner.

Easy to find staff for assistance . Plus they carried our air filters for our apartment. The staff was friendly and store was clean and affordable.
