Walked around with Jeremy, was a wonderful guy to chat with and was easy to ask questions with and what he didn't know immediately helped get the answer quickly. Helped find the perfect little travel trailer for my first ever purchase and will definitely be going back to bretz and Jeremy for helping get my folks a class A in the future! Was an overall amazingly fast and effective time and got things underway! Made sure to assure me and my folks that any potential issues would be dealt with before taking home and anything to come up would be dealt with before taking the new baby home! I'm excited for my new outdoor adventures!

What a fantastic experience we had picking up our first RV at Bretz yesterday. We recently purchased our first travel trailer at Bretz RV in Missoula through Joseph Gardipee. We could not have had a better experience! My husband and I have been looking for a motorhome for a while. We visited Bretz and Brody , a salesman helped us. We took about a month to decide on one. The whole time Brody was helpful, not to say patience with us. lol We decided on a 2023 Thor diesel 4x4 Ford. It is beautiful and ran so smoothly. We finally picked up unit today and have it now. The staff was friendly, helpful and fun to work with. We loved working with Brody, he was an adorable young man . We would totally recommend him. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this company. FYI we are retirees and have bought many different trailers, 5th wheel, campers and two other Motorhome’s from different companies. But I do have to say Bretz is now my favorite!!!

Hands down recommend! Our home burned down in a fire and with no rentals in Missoula, we called Bretz for an RV to buy in the meantime! They listened to exactly what our family needed, found it, showed us and the process was simple and quick!! So very grateful!

We picked up our brand new Ember today and are even more excited about it after going through orientation! William did an amazing job showing, demonstrating, and teaching me (an RV newbie) everything. He kept it simple and slow when I needed it and listened and answered all of my questions. You don’t always get that everywhere from everyone as a woman when the husband is with you. Will was very personable, friendly, and funny. Glad to know we have someone at Bretz’s to call with no hesitation when we need his expertise.

Jason in service went above and beyond to help me through the insurance process when my camper had hail damage. He was very patient and professional. He also was very good at communicating with me throughout the entire process.

We worked with Scott Wold from start to finish with our new RV. We stopped by a couple times to just look and found there was no pressure from Scott. He went out of his way to help us and even contacted the rv manufacturer directly while we were there. Scott continually kept in contact with us before, during, and after the process. Thanks Scott for taking care of us!

Dave and staff where very helpful getting us set up with our new camper. The communication was excellent and never felt pressured. When we met for our pick-up, Will did an excellent job going over everything and taking care of us. He seemed to genuinely care and addressed any issues and had them resolved. Called Collin told him what I was looking for. Told him what I had for a trade, he and Scott gave me an amazing deal. Did F&I with Mike, the whole process was fast, easy and very professional. On our delivery day, everything went amazing, shop guys switched my equalizer hitch to the new camper quickly and had my pickup and camper waiting for me in the parking lot when I walked outside.. If you are looking for a new RV, go to Bretz.

Propane Mike is awesome! Gets the propane done so quick and efficient. And he is so great to talk to very friendly!

This place is hands down the BEST place to buy a boat or RV they go above and beyond. they are not pushy but VERY Respectful i would buy only from these guys if you’re in that side of the country
