I have had my truck a couple of weeks now. I needed a full size. While browsing the lot I came across this Sierra and we found Riley who helped us out and was very knowledgeable. Riley also was not pushy which was great! Better than my experience at Lithia Toyota. Made the buying process seamless and easy. Also making trading in my vehicle easy as well. I would recommend Missoula Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase and Riley to help you out. I have also been taking my previous vehicle there for service and they have been helpful and great!

We just bought our truck from John Baldwin and the whole experience at Missoula Chevrolet was wonderful! They even had a room for my kids to play in while we filled out paperwork and the owner came over and gave them all gummies, which made their day. The finance guy was upfront and very helpful. I wish I would have bought all my vehicles from them..definitely a top notch dealership.

These guys have always been good to me since we moved here and they do great work. Ron has helped me numerous times with wheels and tires. Todd in Services has been more than accommodating. He communicates with me throughout every visit and talks me through everything going on and/or needed. I never feel pressured nor do I feel like they are taking advantage of me. I never get charged more than they quote me….usually it ends up being even less! I appreciate this team and wouldn’t take my Tahoe to anyone else!!

My experience here at the dealership was amazing. Jordyn worked with me for three days before we found a vehicle that I really wanted and was able to get into. She tried very hard to get me into a vehicle and it finally happened. I just want to say how amazing she was, and then as well as the person who showed us around our vehicle!

Bill Miller was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He made what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process very easy to understand. He took my personal situation into consideration and was very helpful. All I had to tell him was that I wanted something in BLUE. Presto, he pulled up the available vehicles. His assistance has been greatly appreciated.

Scott and the rest of the team were awesome. We showed up later than intended to purchase our vehicle (the selection part was easy - as soon as we saw it, we were good to go), and several people stayed over to make the deal happen. Everything was quick (as quick as doing the mounds of paperwork to buy a car can be) and easy.

I think I had a one-of-a-kind experience with Missoula Chevrolet. The salesman who took care of me, Andy English, was quick to reply to every message I sent and had an answer for every question. From picking the truck out to picking the truck up, he went above and beyond. I will absolutely use Missoula Chevy again.

A truly exceptional experience. I had encountered ridiculousness at a different dealership prior so I was a bit hesitant to trust another so soon. Not only do I have extensive experience in the auto industry (14 years as a tech, service writer and service manager- none of which I ever mentioned), but I try to be an informed buyer. I did thorough research before requesting a test drive. From the get go I was blown away by the quality of the customer service! Talor was personable and patient with me. She set me up with Richard in sales and assured me of his competence. He indeed made this sale. As much as I was interested in the vehicle, I was prepared to walk away at the tiniest inclination of doubt. He was knowledgeable and willing to meet me at my expectations.
And Lynn!! Lynn in finance- she seriously remembered me from a sale over 15 years ago. She remembered what I bought then and asked about my kids!
Not only was I given a damn good amount for my trade in, I was given multiple payment options for my new truck. As it was late on a Friday ( without a single complaint or acknowledgment of the late hour) I was treated with patience and sincerity. And every employee there- other salesman, team members- greeted me, acknowledged me, offered me water, made certain I was comfortable. I was extended the offer to return the next day for a thorough car wash (which I accepted).

My buying experience was about as good as it gets. Talor was very helpful in responding to my on-line inquiry - and in subsequent telephone discussions - about a particular used vehicle that interested me. She made arrangements to have me meet Bill Miller at the dealership, and Bill was a pleasure to work with. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Kevin presented me with various warranty options, and explained them in detail, but I felt none of the sales pressure often associated with a vehicle purchase. I have no reservations about recommending Missoula Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
