I popped in for a quick tea and coffee, they were very busy. Everyone worked as a team and I got my drinks quickly, it was fun to watch. Very friendly group.

Staff is always very friendly. They rarely make any mistakes here probably once or twice since the 3 years I've gone here. I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks even if there is another one closer. Very friendly environment.

i come here pretty often, staff is always friendly and accommodating. never had a problem other than long lines but to be expected at any coffee place in the mornings.

Awesome employees work here! I order frequently, and they always greet me as soon as I walk through the door. Even when they’re busy, they take a second to check and see how I am doing/what I am up to. I usually order ahead, the drive through gets pretty congested, and so does the counter.

Conveniently located off exit 101. Their lobby was closed due to COVID and despite the long drive-thru line, cars moved through quickly!

We went through the drive thru on our way through the area and the server at the window was so nice! We had a car in front of us that ordered wrong and then got mad at the staff for "messing up" their order, but that didn't ruin our servers mood! There was a small wait, maybe 5 minutes, but our server engaged in an awesome conversation instead of just closing the window and ignoring us until our order was ready. One of the best starbies I've ever been too!

Everyone is always so kind and the drinks are always made with love. Thank you for being amazing:)

This is my Starbucks of choice and the employees here go above and beyond for the customers. The closing staff are the ones I interact with daily and they always have a smile on their face. Even if they have an in-store machine issue or they are short handed, the staff always seems to come through on their service.

This store needs to be recognized by the organization and you need to reward them for their hardwork!

It's a smaller Starbucks but the product was exactly the same as you would get at any other Starbucks. It did take nearly 10 minutes for a frape, which is in normal but besides that it was a good visit.

I have to say this is one of the best locations for customer service. At first they were charging .20 cents extra for my coffee, but after I told him the usual price I get it for, they took .25 cents off. It was pretty busy morning and waited a few minutes extra but they gave me a $4 gift card for my next drink on them, and I left the store satisfied and happy. I got the drink I wanted and the price I get it for and a gift card. I would definitely come back to the store if I was in the area again.

The store was cool and clean. The employees were friendly and our special order drinks were made just the way we like them! Our main server was even able to provide directions for our next stop, she knew about construction our app didn't show. What a great bonus!

Since starting a new job on North Reserve, I’ve stopped by the Grant Creek Starbucks now twice.. each time I’ve driven through, I’ve had spectacular service from employees. Genuine, warm interactions and delicious coffee. I’ll be stopping by more often!

While I was visiting most recently the staff was, as always, friendly and quick but they were faced with a new obstacle... There was a woman outside the building screaming and waving her arms right as you turn into the parking lot. Without second thought a staff member went outside and calmly asked the woman to leave. The woman continues to be loud and belligerent but this staff member was able to get her to move on and came back in the building smiling and got right back to work.

Any employee that is willing to address conflict and get right back into servicing her customers deserves to be recognized!

AMAZING location! I was traveling on Christmas and stopped by for breakfast. They were all so cheerful and sweet and FAST even though it was super busy. Everything was delicious and they had the best attitudes:) really made my Christmas morning!
