We really enjoyed our experience shopping for appliances for our new home. Captain Kirk was extremely attentive and knowledgeable on the appliances and the whole purchase / delivery process. Would highly recommend Missoula Best Buy to everyone!

After my laptop stopped working I made an appointment to have it looked at. Keegan with the Geek Squad was very helpful and helped me weigh out all my options. After I decided to purchase a new laptop, Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Happy with my purchase!

Very friendly staff and superb selection! A ton of fun electronics to look at and look good! Lots of fully ready memory slots to use for really any technology.

Wonderful airport! Small enough yet big enough. Easy to get in and out if and supports General Aviation, Corporste Aviation and the Majors.

This Best Buy was literally the hero of the summer. My phone was water logged and unusable and I had a flight the next day at like 6 am. We got there like 5 minutes to close which none of us knew and they found me a relatively cheap replacement phone, walked me through everything and made sure I knew all the policies, something the Verizon store could not do. The worker who helped me was literally the sweetest as well and kind of saved my life due to a hellish plane ride that happened after wards with cancellations and reschedulings.

Went to find out information on a new camera and actually came out with a new one solely due to the knowledge of the associate helping me. I have discovered that the majority of the staff is always willing to help and wonderful to work with. Almost always a 5 srar visit in my book.

Went in and came out with an iPad case at a decent price. I knew what I was looking for so I didn’t need to interact with anyone besides someone at checkout and they were kind.

I was having trouble with a hard drive, so I took it to the geek squad, but it was defunct.

Ordered TV online, 5 mins to get in & walk out with the TV, well organized check out

Ended up getting the display cables I needed! Nice staff

This is Nicole. She approached me as I was trying to decide what antenna to buy. Her team member Colton asked her to follow and harass me because I had requested he do his job at a prior visit during which I made a purchase and he didn't appreciate having to serve a paying customer.

Nicole stayed in my personal space and tried to bring me to confront Colton about his dishonesty when I began to record and decided I no longer want to support this business.

Lots of businesses here in Missoula know that a customer that acts out can be banned so rather than work for their paycheck,they will scapegoat customers and harass them until they snap.

I am aware of this and no longer willing to tolerate it.

Excellent service. Was greeted at the door and given directions to what I needed. The helped by Joe in computer area. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful.

They're very helpful there and answered all of my questions. I bought a television set there and I've been very happy with it

I was advised by Apple, who could not resolve my issue over the phone, that Best Buy was an authorized partner of Apple and may be able to help me. Kolin helped me initially, but quickly exhausted what he could do. HOWEVER, being sympathetic to my circumstances, he went one step further and partnered me with Paul Elk from the Greek Squad team. Paul was able to put his experience to work and resolve my iPad issue, and did so in about 30 seconds. Had he not done that, I would have had to send the device to Apple and it would have taken weeks to resolve; I need this device for school so that was a terrible option. But because Kolin and Paul provided solid customer service, I was able to get on with my day and back to my homework. I can’t thank these guys enough. To Kolin and Paul, thanks for going above and beyond, for treating my situation as importantly as I felt it was!

The sales associate I worked with was named Crow at the cell phone counter. Not only was he polite and curtious, but very well informed and knowledgeable. He made purchasing a new phone simpler and easy and completed my transaction quickly and efficiently. I wish that more employees were like Crow these days!!!! Five stars on his service!

Picked up 2 washers on Saturday an the service was excellent!!!!!

Shopped here twice this week. I needed an SD card and extra batteries for my gopro black 11.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It felt nice!
