I always have great experiences here but I mainly did 5 Stars because of all the Karen's who gave 1 Stars because of their "Feels". Amazing Store, Nice Workers, Great Products!

I needed a covid test for travel. The computer systems that connect the results and get them to the patient weren't working. The pharmacy team at this Walgreens is amazing! They went above and beyond to make phone calls to make sure that my information got to where it needed to go so that I could get the results emailed to me that I needed. They were so kind and helpful.

Tonight was my first visit to Walgreens in Missoula. I had to pick up a package that was undeliverable by FedEx. I was really annoyed to have to pick it up because there was no good reason FedEx could not deliver it. I called the store first to find out if it was there and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by a young man whose name was Nick, I believe. He quickly located it and let me know I just needed my ID and tracking number. I accidentally went to CVS first across the street and had such a terrible experience with the miserable cashier that I was compelled to write a bad review about her immediately afterwards. So it was especially appreciated to be served by Nick at Walgreens. He was at the photo counter and on the phone with a customer but took the time to let me know he would be right with me. While still on the phone he was cool enough to multitask and find my package and get me taken care of as soon as possible. He told me thank you and have a good night. Please keep him around Walgreens and treat him well because he made all the difference for me today. Thank you!

Today (6/18/23, I had to go to Walgreens to the FedEx counter. I needed to change the delivery date of a package that was supposed to arrive at my home while I was away. Jen, the shift manager went out of her way to help me solve my problem. Thank you Jen.

I use the drive-up pharmacy and have never had any issue with them. I'm always greeted with a smile and asked if I have any questions re: my medications. I highly recommend.

I like both Walgreens stores in missoula, especially their pharmacy services
