Fantastic place my husband and I went in looking for a sectional. Dave was awesome he helped us find the perfect one. Dave was knowledgeable and had great customer service. We purchased our sectional and coffee table he delivered yesterday and they were so professional and on time. He put everything together and made sure we were happy. Best place to get your furniture…no pushy salespeople and lots to choose from. Dave was very patient with me as I could not make up my mind on what I wanted! I visited the store many times throughout 2 months and Dave was very helpful.

Dave is the guy you want to see for all your bed/furniture needs! Absolutely recommend! What drew us to his business was Veteran owned and products made in USA. We walked in to his showroom full of options! The rustic look and layout had my heart at first glace! Our experience was definitely unique to say the least. We fell in love with a mattress that was to soft but was able to switch for a firmer one literally the next day. The fact that we were able to do that without one of those "all sales are final" speeches is so refreshing especially with me being so indecisive. Dave's so laid back we were able to make a decision without feeling pressured. Our final purchase was an amazing hybrid mattress set with a solid bed frame in the spring. Everything was delivered promptly, the new frame was assembled and set up in no time. The guys even removed our old set for almost nothing compared to other places! Within a week we noticed a manufacturer defect that Dave immediately tended to! The mattress switch was a seemless process! I usually don't write reviews but the service Dave provides was exceptional!! Absolutely amazing. I saw an ad that caught my attention on Facebook market place when I was looking for nursery stuff. So i decided to just show up and look at my options. He was very knowledgeable and had a wide selection of beds among other furniture too for a great price!! He was very friendly and professional. We took our time in his store making sure we were gonna be happy with our purchase and he never made me feel pressured or rushed into buying something like most sales people do. My boyfriend and I are super happy with our purchase! His arm/ hands pains and my back pains are now officially gone. I don't wanna leave my bed! It's like cloud 9! Delivery was Amazing too!! They got rid of my old mattress for me and brought my new (beauty rest) upstairs all in 10 minutes. So fast! Definitely found my go to place! I'll be back for a sectional and a king bed frame set in the future for sure! Thanks Dave for the awesome and successful experience!

Recently traveled out to Daves in norwich to look for a mattress and got an awesome deal on one! The store has a wide selection of beautiful couches and bedroom furnitures as well. all for great prices. low price sectionals!!! we will most definitely be back for one of those. super comfortable furniture. our new mattress is amazing and we were able to get it home same day!! feels like sleeping on a cloud🤩 customer service was amazing as well. this place exceeded our expectations, and to make it even better its location is directly next to a beautiful greenhouse!

You would never know this place was there. Tucked down a side road in Norwich CT behind the bowling alley is hands down the best furniture store I've entered. Once there you will be greeted by Dave, not 4 salesman trying to pull you every direction. Dave is knowledgeable and upfront and very personable. If you go on first impressions like myself you will be immediately comfortable with your visit. Everything was so straight forward and to the point. He listened to what I was looking for from the start and just guided me in the right direction. The entire process was smooth and seamless and even during a pandemic he's keeping stuff in stock. If it's not you get real time frames. I left knowing to leave a 5 star review for this place. Even after my purchase I had a slight issue which was no fault to the business and when I contacted Dave within minutes he had answers and made it happen once again. I would honestly leave a 10 star review if that was possible. If you are looking for good quality furniture or mattresses look no further. Don't even waste your time with the other places in the area like I did. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Forever customer.

Today I walked in into this beautiful warehouse. I picked out my king size bedroom set. I fell in love with it. The manager Dave took very good care of me and explain to me the options before I made any final decisions. David goes out of his way for his customers. His furniture is very durable. I feel his furniture is much better quality than you get corporate stores. I have been shopping out of Norwich store since about 2017 and will shop with David again. I would highly recommend David.

I needed a mattress set quick for my daughter who was moving back home during the covid pandemic. Dave, the owner, set up an appointment for me ON A SUNDAY, and personally met me at his showroom (which is an absolutely beautiful - converted historic mill/warehouse). He had all safety precautions in place. I purchased a perfect twin set, mattress box spring and frame for a great price. Dave has a warehouse below the showroom and had everything in stock, helped me load it in my truck and had it set up for my daughter that night.
