Absolutely Phenomenal! This Verizon location is fabulous. The team is professional, courteous and most importantly- patient. They take time to explain, teach and install all new equipment. They make getting a new phone a seamless experience. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped our entire family with plans and new phones. I would make the trip further any day to work with Jordan and team here in Windham Verizon.

I needed a new 5G Sim card for a new phone, and made an appointment here. Rene helped me out, even coming in early for my appointment. He was professional, helpful and even managed to save me money on my plan. Very pleased with this experience.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Josh was honest about our options from the start and then proceeded to provide professional efficient excellent service. He was persistent in dealing with a problem related to transferring data- even though it was early evening on a Saturday. My husband and I commented on how refreshing it was to receive the level of service Josh provided. The store was clean and neat. Thank you.

He listened to my input in regard to the type/size of phone and features I was interested in and came up with several options. I chose one that I felt most met my needs and am very pleased with it. So, Taylor is the nicest person I've ever dealt with regarding technology. My husband dropped my glitching phone off at around noon, she spent 3.5 hours desperately trying to fix it. I got to the store after work and she was so apologetic that they couldn't fix the issue. She had already printed out quotes and grabbed phones that I might be interested in. I picked the one I liked, and it actually lowered my monthly bill. Honestly, every single staff member was fun and nice and made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely painless for a stressful situation. I will always do my business at this store. ❤

It took awhile to transfer all my info to my new phone, but he patiently explained everything that was happening and continued troubleshooting until the issue was resolved. While waiting for the loading, he multi-tasked helping other customers, without skipping a beat checking up on my situation and remembering exactly where we were in the process. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you, Joel. Btw, this location is accessible for wheelchairs. While there isn’t a powered door to enter, staff are more than happy to assist with opening the door and providing any assistance needed inside.
