Im a bit of a chinese food snob, and this place absolutely amazed me!!
First of all, Its very difficult to find good and flavorful wontons in wonton soup, and these were amazing!
Ive lived in Norwich for years and Im upset with myself for not stopping in sooner, needless to say this will be my new go to chinese food spot!
Lastly, I also appreciated the gentleman in the front for going out of his way to get me a special hot sauce when i simply asked for a few of the hot sauce packets... and let me tell you, that delicious and amazing hot sauce is my newest obsession. Thank you and see you soon, Lucky House! ❤

Food came out in a very timely manner, did not take too long to get the food. Their dumplings could use more meat but overall still yummy. The orange chicken and pork lo mein were very flavorful and you get big servings for the price. Would recommend for Chinese takeout in Norwich.

This has been our family “spot” for at least 4 years now. BEST IN NORWICH! For sure!!!! I have a picky family and we often have special requests and unique orders - NEVER has this establishment made us feel anything other than …valuable customers! Customer service is immaculate. Every single thing we have tried - off either the Chinese or Japanese menu has ever disappointed us!

Some of the best Chinese food and sushi is here! Very fresh, and clean tasting every time Ive ordered from here. Delivery is very fast also. They even deliver out to bozrah but then again that's probably because we ordered $80+ worth of food.

First time using this restaurant and I got delivery. So I have no idea about the atmosphere.
But I can tell you that my food was hot and delicious 😋

Just had the vegetable tempura, a spicy trio, and Crab Rangoon, all were delicious. I have eaten here before, and was not this impressed. The food has definitely improved, and was worth every penny.

For the price point it is absolutely great. Sushi is reasonably prices for the quality, and all their standard food items are pretty solid.

Everytime I order delivery, the food is still hot! Great service and right on time with delivery. Sometimes even earlier than expected delivery time!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I've been going to get food here when it first opened and the food here is great. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. I love sitting down and getting the dine in experience as the atmosphere is very nice and I love the decor. On busy days after work, I just stop by and grab a quick take-out dinner for the family. The take-out is not cheap quality food you usually get at takeout places, but the food is hot and fresh. The sushi is just as good as the Chinese as well. My favorite rolls are the "Crazy Crab" and the "Phoenix Roll" which they usually have on their specials board. Would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Chinese or sushi place.

love the place have been going since 2005 when they were pagoda house! the sushi is awesome ! This day and age its nice to order online they drop it off in porch and we can follow safety protocols.

I love coming here. It is very reasonably priced and the food is delicious. Im confused by the bad reviews as I’ve NEVER had an issue here. It seems clean, they are attentive and if im looking somewhere to hurry and shovel in some sushi in a hurry they are very on top of giving me my check immediately (I usually stop here before nail appointments). The only thing I supposed they could work on is having music on and adding a few lights to the place 🤷🏼‍♀

We live in Southington and make the drive here to have this awesome Chinese food. Best in the area!
