DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

As a man shopping for womens shoes (for christmas) the young lady working on Christmas eve was super helpful and didnt make me feel like i was bothering her. I ask lots of questions cos i like to get my girl gifts that she really wants. Great selection too.

Excellent customer service the woman behind the counter was knowledgeable helpful and very informative. I had an online return she was quick to get me my replacement. Unfortunately they were sold out in store so she placed the order for me on her register and had it shipped to my home. They can’t do an actual exchange if the item isn’t in store. They have to issue you a refund and then reorder the merchandise. I was concerned about the prices. Because I purchased them at a discounted rate with all my special promotional offers I accumulated. She was able to prove match what I originally paid. Which was greatly appreciated. The store was clean nice large isles plenty of place to walk without bumping into people. They don’t offer automatic doors I found that to be odd. I feel like most doors should be automatic to avoid customers from having to touch the door handles. That would be a good upgrade for there stores. Besides that awesome experience. Thank you!

Awesome selection. Love their clearance section in the back & they have some in the regular aisles too. Seems to always have some sort of a promotion going on as a rewards member. You can typically use coupons on sale items.. love their purses & bags too!

Their service is usually pretty good too. Had an issue with a promotion that couldn't be corrected by their Customer Service department as it was an in store issue.. went back the next day & the manager took care of it even though it was partially my fault.

The staff is amazing and hardworking. They are very attentive and helpful. Their customer service is impeccable. I do see many people complain about not having all the shoes, sizes, and brands at DSW but they don’t understand that it’s a warehouse shoe department store and many things won’t be available when demanded. I appreciate their service and how kind they are. Looking forward to going back. Great work!!!!

I am a shoe person. I can run through the aisles and try on whatever I like. Scored three pairs this last time. Love is comfy and cute new shoes. ♥👡👠♥

It was my first time shopping there and there were plenty of shoes to choose from and though I felt a bit lost the kind and courteous staff assisted me promptly and game me their full attention. I couldn't have had a most excellent experience!

Had some time to spare between work commitments so stopped at DSW in Waterford. What could be better? Took care of birthday gifts for hubby and mom, of course found a few items for myself, got an extra $40 off and a free duffle bag! Yay! The store manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Shop the retail stores and support local employment!!!

DSW is my Happy place. With a broad selection to choose from it's easy to get overwhelmed but definitely worth the time to hit every isle. If the shoe you like isn't available in your size chances are you will find it online and this is where it pays to be a DSW VIP. The benefits of being a VIP is free shipping and free returns.

I have a AFO and I went in there....AMAZING
They were completely understanding, I needed a wide shoe with good depth. I made a mess in there store but they were so nice about it
