Great store lots of variety for candy

We’ve used this location on many occasions and haven’t been let down yet. From birthday, retirement to baby shower and everything in between, they’ve delivered on balloons, picturesque bundles, and decorations that compliment the balloons.

I also discovered free delivery with a certain dollar amount.

Will use for our next occasion!

I worked with Bella and Hunter at the Waterford, Ct Party City for a small ( due to Covid) family baby shower we had for our daughter and son in law. They were wonderful to work with and helped design our centerpieces!! Bella was also extremely helpful in getting the balloons ready and organized in time for the shower.

We ordered a bunch of balloons for my Nephew's birthday party and when bringing them out to the car, my son let one of the lettered balloons for his name go and it flew away. He was so upset and basically thought he ruined the party. The guy behind the counter quickly filled up another one and gave it to us free of charge. He really didn't have to do that but it made my son feel a lot better. Much appreciated! We will definitely be back!!

Had a very large return and they were so patient and helpful. Took their time and smiled the whole time. Great customer service. The only place I will shop for all my party supplies.

I showed up at closing time and Ant and Shay were nice enough to let me grab the few things I really needed before they closed the doors, thank you guys so much, it made my night!
