Best Buy

The staff was helpful and I got a good deal on my new Xbox series X. It came with a 50 dollar gift card. I bought the new Halo game for 14.99 and got a second controller. Christmas came early this year.

Upon arrival they have a rope that lets customers in a little at a time. The store was clean and neat. But bare! They were sold out of all the “popular” items. Bummer a lot of empty shelves. A lot of signs saying to go online to place your order. I feel like retailers in general under stocked for inventory. So many retailers out of products. Waste of a trip. I feel like now a days you are better off shopping online. But I like visiting a store now and then to see things in person.

Quick stop to pick up what we had ordered online. They had it wrapped with bubble wrap to keep it safe, which we appreciated. The employees were respectful and kind.

This Best Buy is always so helpful. Like today bought a Attachment for my car to hold my phone but of course you needed scissors. Asked the man as you leave could he help me open this so I could use it right away. He took and did it right away. Was happy I could use it n not have to wait. Only thing to Beware. When you call Best Buy on the phone you are actually not talking to someone at the actual store. We have gotten miscommunications that way. We weren't told we weren't talking to the store so when we showed up people looked very confused and what we were told on the phone didn't match up to what was being told at the store. Other than that always very satisfied when going to get electronics. But.. always when buying electronics do your homework and look at rating before buying. That way save your self alot of hassles.
Went to go look at a LG OLED tv. Got serious super customer service. If you need to buy a TV. Go see Dan Smith and Frank Fink. Very knowledgeable,and was able to answer all questions asked about the TV . We had alot of questions and when we left we rang the bell. Have never felt more satisfied with the customer service. So excited to get our new TV.
Just received our TV n Geek Squad came out to install it. Seriously the way to go. The two guys who came out were Mario and Ryan. Seriously request them. They made sure they leveled it, installed it, even helped up set it up. Great customer service. So great we went to the store to speak to the manager and give " Pat's on the backs" to everyone involved.
Just received our new stove. The two guys that came really were careful and made sure everything was done very professional. They even helped me take the tape off since I have trouble bending down. So excited,my new stove has a air fryer and dehydrates food. So happy 😁

Dre Francisco in audio installation hooked up my bluetooth microphone in my truck and it works great. He was very kind and professional and got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again.

I went to Bestbuy in Waterford, Connecticut on February 1 2024 ...to look for a new HD Smart TV and meet with Oscar Garcia sales technician representative...he took the time to go over all the new technologies with the products they sell...such a professional with so much knowledge...I ended up purchasing a Samsung 65" Smart 4K OLED with Samsung soundbar and sub
. ..also a entertainment cabinet...exceptional experience with Oscar and Bestbuy...I highly recommend this store and especially Oscar for all your entertainment needs!!

I do really enjoy Best Buy I just recently got a job over there a month ago I mean I never really thought about it but I've always been into tap and stuff so and I always like watch the news and updates about new tech coming out or read on my phone if you text stuff you know so I'm always been into it but I never thought about it working at Best Buy where I live but I have to say the one I go to in Waterford is awesome and great and everybody's really nice and it's a great store it's like Toys R Us

I have nothing but great things to say about this particular Best Buy. For starters every single employee I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. I also couldn't believe that the store had all 6 different items from multiple departments, all in stock on a Sunday during the black friday sales. This is so rare to find nowadays as most stores inventories are depressing at best. Thank you for allowing me to complete my whole list in one stop. Pictured is my new 65 inch 4k TV that I am loving!

It's a Best Buy like every other Best Buy. Easy enough to get there and they has what I needed in stock so I could just grab it and go. Checkout people were friendly and staff I talked to were helpful in finding batteries I was looking for! Overall good experience and I got to do some snow mall crawling out in the parking lot!

Super helpful staff. When they realized they didn't have what I needed in stock they gave me ideas where else I could get it.

The staff were great not hovering and not being pushy, but when we were ready, they were there to help us. We bought a Barille Espresso machine.

5 STARS FOR CALVIN: Best Buy is what it is, but my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Calvin, a younger store associate. In the end we purchased 2 Omen pre-built PCs and everything we needed to get setup. Calvin was personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He walked us around the store to make sure we had everything we needed and that all of our concerns were met.

I run a small business myself and hear the horror stories of bad customer service in Retail. While I understand some employees just want to do their job; employees like Calvin are what keep people returning back to stores, and what give us the pleasant experiences we hope for as consumers.

Hopefully word gets back to Calvin about how much we appreciated his time. I will 100% shop at this location in the future and ask for Calvin. Thank you!

Actually, I stopped in to see if the Geek Squad could help me unlock my phone. While in line, I remembered my password, so I didn't have interaction.

I have to give this Best Buy a five-star because of Rick. This gentleman was so knowledgeable and helpful with me trying to decide on a camera. He took time to show me the different models describe the differences and answer all my questions . He is an asset to the store!

One of my fav Best Buy’s. Convenient and efficient. I tend to do curbside pick up a lot too.

Excellent customer service, their staff is very pleasant & knowledgeable about their products. I definitely give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them.
