Great service. I’m new to golf and it’s my first year playing for my high school team and I was looking to get my golf clubs regripped for the start of the upcoming season. I was assisted by Jake in the golf section. Wow. What a great guy. I can’t explain how much he helped me and I understand more about golf now than ever. He also gave me a cover for my putter after he helped me. We need more people in the world like Jake. Jake if you’re reading this, thanks so much.

The best Dick’s in Connecticut. Cal and his team always provide outstanding customer service. I feel like the Dick’s employees at this location have become friends over the years from all of my visits. My recent visit came during the busy Holiday season and they were able to get me a basketball hoop that was back ordered in time for Christmas. Top shelf service.

I was just in looking for walking shoes to help accommodate post op walking and I am beyond impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Xavier was. He did not make me feel like a burden and was eager to find me the right size shoe and trust me we went through quite a few pairs. Very impressed and grateful for the experience as it hasn’t been the best at other shoe stores. The rest of the staff was great in assisting in helping getting the motor cart working too! Thank you for the experience!

I had bought a canopy that turned out to be the wrong one, size wise. Was able to return with zero problems. My cashier Christine was very informative and we had a few laughs when I had to return and needed a strong arm to get it out of my car.

I had the pleasure of being helped by RJ and Tony who took half an hour of their time to help me find the correct golf clubs in a time pinch for my girlfriend’s birthday. They were both very knowledgeable and were more than happy to help me and made our night. Thank you RJ and Tony.

Sign on the rack stated coats at $28.32. At the register clerk tried to charge $160. Manager would not honor it .Train your manager properly. This is illegal deceiving
practices.

Justin was absolutely amazing and took great care of us! We bought 2 gorgeous mountain bikes. Paul that tuned the bikes, was SO nice!!! We were all around pleased from beginning to end. Quick, painless and we are SO thrilled to ride these bikes! Thanks so much

Wow. My first visit in many many years. Totally impressed with how the store is layed out. Lots of fun stuff. Lots of helpful staff. Found the running shoes I was looking for almost immediately and staff was there to help. I will be back when I have more time. Thanks!

Extremely friendly staff. I went in at about 9:20 on a night they closed at 9:30 and felt lousy about it, but they had everything I needed (they have just about everything you could want for hockey) and the workers were super understanding and kind even though my timing was pretty awful.

If you're interested in hockey gear, they have CCM and Bauer for just about everything, sizes differing. I ended up having to mix some CCM with some Bauer. Great selection though!

Good selection of Sporting Goods supplies for many Sports. I have purchased bicycles, a kayak, running shoes, hiking boots, etc. Much better quality than in a department store. There are sales often, so if you can wait, you can get a good deal.

Carl in the Golf Shop was amazing. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also gave me that personal shopping experience. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I walked away with the new club I needed and shot 78 that afternoon. Thanks Carl!

DICK'S Sporting Goods at Waterford Commons in Waterford, CT., is an absolutely Amazing sports store. It is fully stocked with all your local sports sporting needs. The store was stocked so full it looked like a Grand Opening! Ample helpful staff were very available in all sections. A perfect sporting needs shopping destination. You will definitely find what your looking for in sporting goods all here under one roof!

Fastest checkout, ever. Found more than I wanted. Bought more than I needed. A simply exciting Christmas shopping experience. Staff in the store were exceptionally helpful. I'll be back in January for their sale.

The gentleman who helped us in the golf area made us feel welcome. He took a lot of time to explain golf clubs and swings with us. Looking forward to going back and checking out the swing lab. They also have a lot of hunting and fishing equipment.

Good service. Quick help when needed. John from the outdoor section was exceptional, and the ladies cashing out were super friendly. Kept the line mpving, but didn't make you feel rushed.
