Absolutely spectacular custom work! Special thanks to Rachel for guiding me thought the entire process. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The jewelers were able to accomplish what no one else could/would. I wanted my diamond set in a very specific custom designed way and they made it happen!!!

I personally had the opportunity to work with Dan McCarthy who provided excellent service. He helped me review a wide variety of vendors for diamonds and wedding bands to suit the engagement ring style of my fiancé's dreams. I had a pleasure working with the entire staff at Hannoush Jewelers and will without doubt be a returning customer for our wedding bands.

Love this jewelry store. I have gone to them for my husbands wedding ring, anniversary presents and even for my young son. The quality of everything I’ve gotten is amazing. The staff is also extremely informative and go above and beyond to be as helpful as they can. They are also not hesitant to give fantastic deals. I would recommend to anybody. I will always go to them for my jewelry.

I highly recommend Jamie at Hannoush in Waterford. If your looking for a caring, patient, and honest jeweler go to her. Jamie listened to what kind of ring I wanted to purchase and took the time to show me as many styles as she could, until I found the perfect ring. She made the process of picking a setting and a diamond easy. She special ordered diamonds for me to chose from and allowed me to preview each one and explain the details of each one, which gave me the opportunity to custom design my ring. The ring I was picking would be one of a kind. After the ring was personalized and designed to my specifications it ended up being more than anything I could have dreamed of. The process was seamless and Jamie was able to get me an amazing ring for exactly my budget. I was so impressed with how she listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to make sure I was clear on the whole process. Hannoush is an incredible, family owned business and they will always have my business thanks to my amazing experience with Jamie.

Kristine was very very attentive and thorough when I came in asking to get my wife’s ring upgraded. I had no idea what I was doing but she had so much patience with me and helped me for OVER AN HOUR pick out the perfect ring for my beautiful wife! I felt bad that I was taking so long, but Kristine was more than ecstatic to make sure that I found the perfect ring for my wife. She was very professional and super friendly throughout the entire process, I highly recommend going into the store while she is working, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much!

Recently shopped at your Waterford store and just wanted to take the time to say how knowledgeable and friendly your employee, Jamie was. She went so far out of her way to make sure my fiancé and I knew exactly what diamond fit us and our budget best. She was very friendly and upbeat and had no problem spending lots of time on multiple occasions with us (if that doesn’t take patience, I don’t know what does) and I just want you to know how special she is and how lucky you are to have her

We had gone to Hannoush Jewelers just prior to Christmas and had a very clear and informative consultation with Dan regarding a purchase of an engagement ring. I cannot say how happy I am with my engagement ring from Hannoush. Jamie was a stellar customer associate and she helped my fiance pick out a ring that I couldn't have even imagined myself! Love this place! Amazing customer service too! My sales associate, Kristine, was amazingly nice, knowledge, and really cared about what I was looking for while making sure I stay in budget! I will defiantly be returning, fingers crossed Kristine is there to help me out again!

Came in because I saw they had Pandora. Needed to buy a new bracelet. The lady helped me find a bracelet I can put on and take off myself. Very helpful. The store doesn't just have jewelry but they also had Ivory Ella clothing and a gift area in the back. Driven by many times and never stopped in. I left with a bracelet and was very happy.

I had such a wonderful time here. When I first walked in, a sales associate politely greeted me and thanked me for stopping in. I wasn't in the mood to be sold anything so I just walked past her. After I searched for a bit she realized I was having trouble and came to introduce herself. I was really glad she realized I didn't want to be bothered when I first came in and let me search on my own, but the better part was that when she noticed I needed help she didn't hesitate to help out. She gave me a lot of great information on the watched that I was looking at and didn't try to hard sell me on anything. I would definitely suggest coming here to search for any of your jewelry needs, and ask for Cassie. She's extremely knowledgeable and didn't give you a sales pitch to force you to buy.

Had such a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with a sales rep named Jessica. She was kind! Very Genuine, personable and eager to help find what i was looking for. Even tho i did not purchase that day, Jessica still was excited to help me find the perfect engament ring. After looking around! I made the choice to go back to Jessica- she was the most Genuine out off the the people I encounter that day (shop around). I went back the following day but Jessica was off! But had the same service from the Store Manager and a sales rep! I bought the ring! Thank you for making my experience great! I will be comming back to shop here!

My fiancé and I just bought my engagement ring today and the customer service here is amazing! Great prices as well! Rachel helped me out the other day and really determined what I wanted! 10/10 would 100% recommend!

One of my favorite sale associates is Deb and by far one of the best there. My husband bought my pandora bracelet for Christmas last year from Deb and still to this day I am in love with it. Deb asked me what I liked and then helped my husband with the rest. Wondering staff and great jewelry.

I needed a simple repair to my watch. I visited every single jewelry and repair store in the mall and got no useful advice from anyone but Deb at Hannoush. She took the time to listen to my problem, inspect my watch, and was able to find the exact piece i needed. She was very patient and explained all my options. I agreed that if she had a working part, that I'd take it. She then proceeded to install it in a matter of minutes.
