Sara truly works magic! I hadn't had a facial in quite some time but was looking for some relaxation. Mansfield Hollow Skincare is truly one of the most relaxing places I have ever been! Sara is more than a skincare expert--she radiates empathy, kindness and gentleness that you feel in her fingers and in every interaction. She is respectful if you want to have a totally silent session or up for talking about life and skincare if that's on the table. And my skin always looks wonderful after I see her--I use the products she recommends and people have asked me if I'm doing something different; that I have a glow. It doesn't get better than that.

I have been a client of Sara's for the last year, following her from the salon where she worked to her new spa space at her business, Mansfield Hollow Skincare. I have received various facials from her and learned a lot about skincare, skincare products and appropriate application, and self-care overall! As a former social worker, and as someone who is always seeking new knowledge as a skincare provider and healer, Sara is committed to providing for her clients an experience that is both restorative and informative.

My most recent facial was last week in her lovely new space! She begins your service with a brief discussion of your skincare concerns (over a cup of tea) and some recommendations for the treatment. I arrived feeling stressed, with dry skin, minor breakouts (at 41 years of age!), and congested pores. I left with hydrated, softer skin, the tension in my neck and shoulders gone (!) from the wonderful massage Sara provided while the therapeutic mask worked on my face. I did also purchase a Rejuvi (brand name) eye gel and facial moisturizer which I am quite pleased with after several days of application. Sara has a range of products available which she has personally researched and tested. She will educate you on the use and application of these products to ensure you get bang for the buck! The price points are quite reasonable.

I feel quite fortunate I am able to incorporate Sara's skincare into my budget and schedule, but should be clear to note the quality of her treatments, the products used and the results are superior to more expensive spas in the area, and her approach is more personalized. When I have had a question about a product I purchased from her, or I have not been able to get in to see her, Sara is readily accessible by e-mail or a quick call to offer advice or suggestions for home care that supported my skin health and appearance until I was able to schedule another consultation and treatment.

Sara was recommended to me by my doctor and I’m so glad I booked a facial with her. I love that she sat down with me and went over my diet/supplements, skincare products/ingredients that I was using and gave me suggestions as to what foods I should try omitting and adding into my diet. Over the last 11 months Sara has helped me transform my skin. Having PCOS and after 5 years of being pregnant/nursing, my skin was in bad shape. I went to dermatologists.Tried pretty much every skin care product known to mankind .Nothing ever worked like it was supposed to . Literally nothing.Then I happen to see Sara at the farmers market and she washed my face with her face wash and my skin felt so good . I was impressed enough to make an appointment, which ended up being a free consultation and Sara set me up with skin care products that are just right for me . Nothing but great things to say here about my first-ever facial! I got a gift certificate for the "relax signature" and went for the purpose of unwinding and to get some expert advice on antiaging for my skin. Every product Sara used smelled and felt great on my face and neck, she liberally applied all products and had wonderful touch and pressure, her massage table had a warmer on it and the sheets were clean and warmed when I climbed in, the COVID protocols in her house/office space included masking for her, no talking during the facial, and a high-quality air purifier running during the session-- all of which made me feel safe. The intake process was thorough and I learned a lot about my skin and got some tips about my skin routine at the end of the session. I'll be back again, it was a relaxing experience that I definitely recommend as a gift for someone in your life.
