Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Wednesday at 6PM. Out of town and craving some dessert. A gentleman sold me on a four piece honey BBQ basket. I was just here for ice cream really. Anyway the basket was good. Crispy fries. Fresh toast. Chunky tenders. The peanut buster parfait stole the show though. He was nice enough to bring it to me after I ate. Tomorrow it's back to Virginia.

Quest, the cashier, is my favourite. I wish he worked 24/7. Unfortunately, Quest does not, so this review is for Quest. 5 stars.

The employees are hardworking,friendly .DQ is my fast food go to place. I've never had bad service or poor quality foods. Occasionally they forget the napkins. I'm a regular at the Norwich CT DQ.

I go through the drive-thru at least once a week with my 93+yr old Dad who LOVES his low sugar Dilly Bar! 💖 They are always so nice and friendly to us and make dad feel extra special!🥰

This Dairy Queen is quite amazing. They are always packed but they move as fast as they can and their workers are very pleasant

Drive thru moved very fast and the service was still polite and accurate. My kids really enjoyed their sundaes!

It has really good food, it’s mainly focused on its ice cream like most other DQ restaurants but food is still good and enjoyable, the staff are really friendly and patient. They’re ice cream is outstanding like usual. It’s drive thru option is great for those who are handicapped to just pick up what they want. My parents enjoyed it along with me and my siblings.

The food here is very good and fresh. You actually get a hot meal. Customer service is excellent. Absolutely love the grilled chicken salad. Of course I am good and get the light dressing, so I can have my small Mr Misty Freeze!

Quick, clean, with a friendly staff. Location offers drive through and a small eat-in option. EDIT: went during an extremely busy time and was still served quickly and everything came out great and fast

I've enjoyed eating here for over two decades. As far as I know, the Ejchorszt family has owned this Dairy Queen franchise since it opened in the late 80s, and it's just about the only fast food franchise I know that has something like the feel of a family-run restaurant. Sometimes quality suffers a bit around the beginning or end of a summer, when schedules and personnel change. But most of the time the service is excellent and so is the food.

Delicious food, wonderful ice cream, they have soft serve which is my favorite type of ice cream. Burgers and fries are great. If your tired of the same Ole fast food, I definitely recommend going to Dairy Queen in Norwich.

It was good...but a workers attitude was really bad...just rude but the rest are really good kids

A drive-thru DQ is both absolutely wonderful and very tempting. Even with the virus I was able to drive up and get hot food or yummy ice creams. I went more often than I should have.

Great place food ice cream.

The new purple dip greatest ever! Tastes like fruit loops! The crispy chicken salad is enough for 2 people honestly!
