Highly recommended! Sandy was great to work with from beginning to end. We walked in nearly 15 minutes before close with a rough idea of what mattress we wanted but were open to ideas. Sandy was so sweet, kind and patient with us. We ended up purchasing the mattress we had in mind. The girl we all so sweet even tho we kept them 10 minutes after close. Can’t wait til it arrives in a few weeks!

I needed a new mattress and my mom brought me to Gorins to look first! I must say we met the most wonderful woman named Cindy Cellini. I must say not only did she know her stuff she welcomed us with the best personality I could’ve ever asked for!!! I worked where customer service was A+++ for many years and Cindy has what it takes to be very successful saleswoman for Gorins Furniture! I am grateful that she was the one whom helped us, as I have had multiple surgeries and need a special mattress. I am so overjoyed and definitely excited awaiting my delivery! Thank You,

Gorins is a great buying experience. We shop around but always buy at Gorins for the quality and price. Best sales people that don’t pressure you. Cheryl Collins was very knowledgeable and fun to work with on the purchase of our sectional and new mattress today. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have always had good experiences with Gorins Furniture and their staff over the last two plus decades. Our most recent purchase today was a pleasant experience as our sale person, Cindy Cellini, was very helpful in showing us various options, taking extra time to look up information and answer our questions. Customer service is a critical part of any business and Gorins has accomplished that for many years.

Cindy was excellent, taking time to answer my many questions and working to get me the best deal possible. Can't wait to enjoy my new reclining sofa and adjustable bed!

Cindy Cellini was awesome to work with. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helps us pick the fabrics we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about all the items on the floor and the fabric we can choose. She didn't pressure us into anything and even helped us get into the budget we wanted. She explained everything fully and with nothing hidden. She is truly an amazing sales woman.

Visited Gorins furniture to purchase a new couch and love seat on July 13th. Our salesman ( cannot recall his name) was amazing, as usual. He is extremely knowledgable of all the merchandise in stock. Glen, the owners son always comes out to visits. We just love shopping at Gorins, no sales pressure, gimmicks, etc. We also like supporting family owned businesses. The merchandise is always of high quality, without outrageous prices. If I could give ten stars I would. Just love shopping there.

We had a successful trip to Gorins. Our salesman, Sam, was so helpful. We went in for a recliner and left with almost 3 rooms of high end furniture! We weren't rushed or pushed at all. We couldn't be happier with this experience.

Delivery made! Our dining set and TV table are gorgeous and quality. Sadly, the LV tables aren't. I brushed against the finish of the coffee table, with the bottom of a slipper, and discovered that the finish is just thin, colored paper.
We also had a small incident with a plate hitting against the shelf. It left little gouges along the bottom. (The brand name is Ashley Signature Design.) We're going to call Gorins and return the set.
A good company will always stand by their products and I expect Gorins will not disappoint. After all, they wouldn't have stayed in business for over 50 yrs if they weren't an honorable business.

We were given credit for the tables with no questions asked. We picked out a higher quality set. They'll be here in 6 to 8 weeks.

First time there and was greeted by friendly staff (shout out to Cindy) who allowed looking space and time despite being late in the day. We were thrilled to find what we wanted and will recommend to friends. Feels good to support these local vendors. Highly recommend!

My husband and I moved back to Connecticut from California after selling our house along with all of our furniture. We literally had to start from scratch. We visited Gorins and with the expert help from Sam we are well on our way to creating a beautiful home. Sam spent hours with us curating the best furniture collection after listening to our likes and dislikes. He has wonderful insights and his opinions come from many years of experience. I made my husband take me to Cardi’s Furniture and also to Ashley Furniture after we purchased from Gorins to make sure I could not find anything better and there was no comparison to make. The quality of furniture from the other 2 stores could not even come close to comparison to the quality that Gorins offers. I have not received any of the furniture yet, but I know I will not be disappointed. If you are looking for quality furniture and want an expert to help bring a room to life in your home, stop by on a Sunday to see Sam. The owner of the store, Mr. Gorin was there to thank us for shopping at his store and even gave us some discounted prices because of how much we were buying. The store, the employees and the owner are all a class act!

We searched all over for the right sleeper sofa and didn't want to be subjected to the high pressure and hovering of the salespeople at the big box furniture stores. We decided to try Gorin's and were greeted at the door by an old friend, Max, who we often saw at the now closed Hendels in Waterford. We were so happy to see our favorite furniture salesman at Gorin's, and he showed us to the sleeper sofa section, then left us to look in peace :) BUT it didn't take long, they had just what we were looking for- the right color, size and quality AND on sale! The delivery men were super courteous, and professional. They had to maneuver around tight corners into a small room, which they accomplished fast and with skill.

We were so pleased with our experience shopping at Gorins and will definitely be back for our future furniture needs. The showrooms are extensive (2 floors!) and anyone looking for furniture for any room is sure to find something they like.

Couldn't beat the sale we got on a couch and Sam was great to work with. Will definitely go back to Gorins. I felt we could shop without having anyone hover over us. A welcoming place to shop.

Great deal on a leather living room set. Cheryl our salesperson was knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was in two days and the delivery guys were great. Very satisfied with all aspects of our purchase!

Cindy greeted us the second we walked through the door. She stayed right by our side to answer any questions and help with suggestions. Ultimately we purchased a sectional and ottoman and Cindy was very helpful in making it a smooth and simple purchase.

Since purchasing the original sectional and ottoman, we have gone back to see Cindy for a new mattress and now a recliner. Cindy was a huge help in making the process very smooth. The guys at the Gorin’s warehouse where I picked up the recliner were very professional and loaded it up for me. There’s was almost no wait at all.

I would highly recommend shopping at Gorin’s and seeing Cindy.

I had a very nice experience shopping for my couch. Cheryl was very kind and helpful trying to help us out which sofa/ couch will fit best for our living room. When I came to make a payment, everything was set up already and didn't take a long time. The place was even nice to hold it for us few extra days until we get it delivered to our house, since we are awaiting for my friend to pick up our old couch. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

This was a outstanding shopping experience. The salesperson Cindy was so helpful and friendly. I also feel that I got a lot of value for my money. Thanks Gorins! My wife and I are updating our home one room at a time and are thrilled to work with Sam and the ladies at Gorin's Furniture. We just ordered our fourth room set and have had three professional deliveries and installations of spare bedrooms for my wife's she shack and my mancave so that we can have spare sleeper queen bed chaise lounges in our home offices. We have had nothing shy of the best experiences each time and look forward to upgrading our dining room set in the future. You only need to stop at Gorin's. Great experience shopping today at Gorins. First time I had visited the store. Was warmly greeted by Cindy, she was the perfect person for me to spend time with choosing furniture, & we spent a lot of time together, she’s very patient!! I’m very particular. The selection is so much more than the exterior of the building suggests. Happy to say I got everything I needed. One stop shopping. I highly recommend shopping here and if you’re greeted by Cindy, you’re sure to have a great experience. She’s terrific!!
