I worked with Kim on a ticket that was difficult for me to book on my own. Kim is fantastic - super pleasant, helpful, timely and knowledgeable. In this day and age of having to work with online agents that know nothing and don't try to really help, Kim was a rose in the desert.

Worked with Kim @ Travel Cafe recently for a complex international trip with multiple city destinations. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, professional and friendly. It was very easy and enjoyable to work with her and Travel Cafe. I originally worked with her because of an introduction from several colleagues that have worked with Travel Cafe in the past. My trip unfortunately had to be cancelled due to COVID and the only way to get my airline refund was through the agent that booked, so she quickly worked on the process for me and I got my refund very fast from the airline. I would highly recommend working with Travel Cafe and I certainly will be again (hopefully soon!) in the future. Cost was extremely reasonable as well!

My travel agent Kim Lewis is the absolute worst. I had this trip planned for a few months just to find out the day before my trip that the hotel reservations and plane tickets weren’t on the same date. She then rescheduled my trip a month later using over 700 of my credits mistakenly just to reschedule when it was her mistake in the first place. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all especially kim the travel agent. Absolute worst travel experience possible

I gave Kim my trip details and never heard a word back. I recommend never using them.
