The food was good and affordable, but the best thing about the place was Nick. The friendly staff made the place a winner.

I've been here twice. Both times the favorite meal was the Jack Daniel's Burger. The first time with pepper jack cheese instead of the Swiss and the second time with Swiss. I prefer the pepper jack, it gives it a little more bite. The onion rings or the fries are good. I love that they have Tip The Cow on tap.

Not from the area so I had never been.... black and Bleu burger was amazing! Fries were delicious too! My son wasn't a huge fan of the onion rings but I think it's just a preference thing. Great service too!

My first time there and it was great! I'm disappointed in myself for not going there sooner. I had the Hickory bacon burger,that tasted great! Great Charbroiled taste.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in the Cedar Valley. Excellent service, timely food preparation, and good prices. I’ve lived in Cedar Falls for ten years since college and it’s my family’s go to.

The quesadilla is the best in the Cedar Valley (sorry Toads— you’re a close second.)

Our waitress was amazing. This is the first time we have tried peppers grill and sports pub in Cedar Falls Iowa. I got the pick two which was great. The tilapia and ribs are very tasty. My husband had the teriyaki chicken and really enjoyed it too. I would also recommend the coleslaw.

Love the back Bar area! Staff and food are great. Just wish the kids had a different place to play pool. They shouldn't be in the bar area, too loud and too many.

Nick and Owen are the best server and bartenders we have ever had at the Peppers establishment. Keep up the good work fellas!

This place was a gem! We came in late on a Friday night (and called to confirm/warn them we had a larger party) and they extended the time of their full menu for our group. The manager was so accommodating, the server was friendly and efficient, and the food was on point! I failed to get a picture of the meals because we were so tired and hungry but seriously a top ten place for us! Our group got all things from chicken strips to prime rib and not a single complaint. Everyone loved their food and cleaned their plate. We will definitely be back if we come back to this area! Kudos to the chef(s) this food was great!

We are from out of town, but whenever we're in Cedar Falls we try to stop at Peppers on 18th Street. On this past Thursday, we were there just before the noon hour and believe me we got there just in time to beat the noon rush. This is a very popular place with locals, so trust me you will want to plan your dining around the lunch hour and dinner hour if crowds tend to bother you. Also, the place can get rather noisy due to the crowd size, and number of TVs playing. So again if this would bother you and if you're looking for an intimate conversation, plan accordingly. As far as the food goes, we have ate there many many times over the years, and I've never had a bad meal. On this most recent visit my wife had the bacon cheddar burger and she said it was awesome. I had the pork tenderloin (pictured) and we both and fries. Here's a tip... make sure you try an order of their onion rings. Pepper's makes the best dang onion rings in Cedar Falls.

Service was friendly and attentive. I had a beer there and chatted with the woman at the bar beside me. Spacious inside and nice atmosphere. Good for large groups.

We live 2 hours away, but Pepper's is one of our favorite spots when we visit our daughter at UNI. The restaurant was almost full when we stopped on Saturday evening after the football game. We got right in and got a table quickly. Our server, I think her name was Abri, was a GEM! She was absolutely phenomenal. She was so friendly and attentive. She would stop at our table frequently to see if we needed anything.

The food was great as always. Our daughter likes the cheesesteak sandwich. My husband had the Saturday night special Prime Rib, which he really enjoyed. I ordered the ribeye steak. It was seasoned and grilled perfectly. The Ribeye Steak dinner was only $19 and it came with two sides. I got the rice and side salad. The salad was huge! It was so yummy and fresh. This was an excellent dinner. We had fried pickles for an appetizer. These are pickle chips, not spears. The pickle chips were thicker than a regular sliced pickle, breaded and served with their fresh Ranch dressing. So good!

Been a while since we've eaten here. Very tasty buffalo chicken wrap for me. Shrimp and rice pilaf for the kiddo. Best we've had in a while!
