John Martin welcomed us to the store. We described what we wanted and the first sectional sofa he showed us was exactly what we wanted. The Wilkinson is big and comfortable enough to sleep on. We thought about it and came back to pick out lamps with John’s help and noticed the Gourmet Kitchen Island near the lamps we picked out. We appreciate John’s patience and no pressure to buy. We were also impressed with the store’s team effort from the manager helping to find an odd size end table to Linda’s team to finalize the sale and financing. Our experience at Raymour & Flanigan was the best at a furniture store in over 30 years. Thank you!

Store was very clean and rob the sales associate that helped us was very patient and helped us find the sofa and love seat that best matched our needs. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. Rarely do you see a sales associate suggesting that you go with the less expensive of the two options, but that's exactly what he did. All and all a great experience.

The entire process was seamless. We needed a piece of furniture quickly, and they understood and made it happen. The store representative (Gabrielle) was the perfect balance of helpful yet respectful of our space, and made the order process easy. We were in and out quickly, and were able to pick up the furniture in a few days. The furniture quality is top notch, too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been having a TOUGH time trying to find a couch that we both like, is comfy and soft enough. We’ve been to many places and felt hounded by salespeople. We came here today not thinking we were going to buy anything but to just look. Azza greeted us and asked exactly what we wanted. She’s quick and right to the point. Exactly what we needed. Let’s just say, she brought us to a couch that we instantly love and was so accommodating. She made us laugh, feel comfortable and just had a good time finding a couch with her. If you go the the Raymour and Flanigan in Waterford, make sure to ask for Azza because she’s going to get it done.

We had just arrived in the local area, having just moved from Jacksonville Florida. We had been to a few furniture stores, before we stumbled upon Raymour & Flanigan.
We worked with John Martin - he was a superb salesman, gave us all the pertinent information we needed to make an informed decision, about the furniture we were shopping for! He was never never pushy or "in your face", was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He assisted us with our purchase from start to finish! The store management team and himself, went above and beyond to ensure we not only got exactly what we were looking for but at a VERY fair price! We will most def return for any further home furniture needs we may have and have already been telling friends and family about Raymour & Flanigan, and John Martin. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s across the board!

We were greeted by Tiffany as we entered and she smiled and asked how she could help us. Tiffany was very patient with us, as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted for our bedroom furniture. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process and also assisted us with picking out the best mattress for our comfort as well as our budget. The store was well kept and we will definitely return for future purchases.

We went to just look for a new mattress but met John Martin, who obviously had a great deal of experience in the field. He asked a few questions and showed us one we came to look for. He showed us one that really helped with the conditions of our ages. It is great in this day and age to find one that knows the one to fit the customer

I purchased furniture and a bed set about 7 years ago. My mattress sunk in and was going to purchase a new one but then I called Raymour & Flanigan and they were absolutely excellent! I'm receiving a new mattress under warranty and they made my entire experience fantastic from back when we purchased new, until now! Very pleased! Excellent customer service also! Very friendly!

Our salesperson, Viola, made buying a new mattress a pleasant and seamless experience. She was not pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable about the various options and payment choices. I highly recommend asking for Viola when you shop at Raymond and Flanigan in Waterford. She’s the best!

We had a great experience at the Waterford CT location. Paul was super helpful and knowledgable. He greeted us and left us alone to look but was there to answer any questions. We made our purchase later over the phone with Paul and it was a really easy process.

We visited Raymour & Flanagan to shop for a new king size mattress. Our sales consultant was Gabrielle Halsey and she did an outstanding job of meeting our needs by showing us a number of mattresses for consideration. Her expertise was extremely helpful as we purchased a mattress as well as an adjustable base and protective cover!

As always, our visit was terrific! Upon entering we are always greeted by someone but there is never any "sales pressure" felt. It was the same this time with Lisa. She kept an eye on us but we never knew it and we never saw her until we were ready for her. She helped us zero-in on what we wanted and she helped us through the credit approval (which was so fast!). We keep coming back because our purchases always have long lives and because the sales experience is so easy!

Paul Jensen is by far the most patient, helpful and pleasant salesperson I could ever have asked for. My first time shopping and purchasing an item at Raymour & Flanagan and because of Paul it won't be my last! Very, very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Raymour & Flanigan. We were in the market for a recliner, we had a wonderful sales associate by the name of Azza who took care of us, and we completed our mission in record time. We plan to return for some other furniture needs and would recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone!

Oh my goodness! I ordered a loveseat ONLINE (1st time ever) by chatting with Jason H. He was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful in working within my budget.The price was surprisingly reasonable and the quality is unbelievable! Delivery was in 3 days, on time and the loveseat is more beautiful than I expected! Thank you, Jason, I will be buying again from you!

I came with my husband, 3 year old, parents, and my sis-in-law and our sales person, Elizabeth Joyce, was unflappable! She did a great job tolerating all the chaos while showing us around and helping us find the perfect couch!! She was informative and showed us lots of options, even helping me figure out what would look good in my living room. Would definitely recommend.
