I've been with them for the last 11 months. Not only an incredibly clean and well-kept facility, the staff are excellent. Kim was always willing to answer my questions and give me guidance whenever I needed it. They have in-house carts and dollars to move your items and it's climate controlled to keep them safe. Definitely recommend, excellent option for a fair price point!

We have used Tri-city storage many times over the past 5 years. The place is impeccably clean. The temperature and humidity are excellent, even in the summer! Prices are reasonable and the rental manager is a delight to work with!

The storage units are super affordable and they're climate controlled. They have so many units and they're inside a locked building, so the public cannot get to your unit. I definitely like that. The woman who's in the office is pretty freaking awesome too! I highly recommend this storage facility.

Clean, very clean storage building. They have some spaces available. Ask for Kim. This is why they get 5 stars from me and a few other people that I know having spaces there.

This is the cleanest storage you will see. The climate control is good, and the person that runs the storage is wonderful, she's kind and helpful.

Being on the new side, the facility is extremely clean and provides rolling carts and step ladders to help with the movement of large and small items. Comforting to have 24 hour surveillance and knowing our items are safe and secured. The staff was very helpful, friendly and the rental process was simple.

What a awesome place to do business. I've been there for over 2yrs and the staff has been absolutely amazing. Kim has been such a wonderful lady to do business with. They bend over backwards to help you.

Extremely nice and helpful Kimberly is absolutely wonderful!!! Only thing is wish they had better shape dollys that would be very helpful!

Good size units at a decent price. Plus they are located indoors with heating and cooling to protect your items from mold. They are lacking with the cleanliness though. because there are many cob webs, debris and insulation falling from the ceiling inside my unit and around the facility.
