We recently had Fabulous Floors install new hardwood in our hallway and refinish existing hardwood throughout our first floor. Craig and his team were professional and the work they performed outstanding. Our existing hardwood was in bad shape from the previous owners having had large dogs and the difference after the refinishing is amazing, the floors look brand new. The install of the new hardwood came out great and they were able to match the color of the existing hardwood so closely you'd never know they weren't installed at the same time. I highly recommend Fabulous Floors. They are reasonably priced and their work is exceptional.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job on our floors. They resurfaced and stained our original wood flooring. Pictures: wood cabinet pic is before. Living room and white kitchen is after. He and his team were great to work with and very accommodating to our schedules. The floors look awesome as well! He also gave us excellent advice not to stain the maple stairs (which don't take stain well) as he said it also wouldn't look as good and paint it ourselves. The advice lost him money (less work for him) to maintain high quality that he knew we expected. 5 out of 5.

Craig and his team did a "fabulous" job on our floors. Originally we were going to do a gray stain, but Craig strongly recommended based on our kitchen colors that we go with a brown stain to bring in warmth. He was spot on!!! They look absolutely amazing. He was extremely organized and gave me plenty of notice about the dates and times his employees would come. They did an excellent job and gave us advice about how to care for the floors. I highly recommend this company.

Craig and his team at Fabulous Floors definitely live up to their name! We recently had new hardwood floors installed, and a staircase refinished. We received excellent professional service all along the way. The dust was kept to a minimum, and the completed floors are gorgeous. They were even able to remove the dark walnut stain from the stairs and refinish them in a natural oak stain. They look brand new.
This is the fourth time in the past twenty years that we have hired Fabulous Floors. We are obviously very satisfied customers, and recommend them without reservation.

Our floor looks fantastic. Craig was great to work with, and Thomas is a true craftsman. Couldn't be happier with the results.

If I could give a zero I would! My floors look terrible. There were so many bubbles and debris stuck in the poly coats it was so noticeable. They came out and re sanded and coated 2x because it still wasn’t right. Due to time constraints we were left with no choice but to only have 1 final coat of poly and my floors are scuffing and scratching so easily you’d think the floors were done 40 years ago. Nope, not even 2 years ago. So frustrated!! I hate my floors!!! Run not walk far, far away. Btw the owner is pompous and crazy rude!

We got our floors done recently and I have to say that the owner Craig was so rude when we brought up several issues to his attention like bubbles all over our floor and the fact that his employees didn’t wear anything to cover their hair and we have long strands of hair all over our brand new floors and the fact the we have cracks that they never sealed. His respond he’s never seen any of this before in the 20 years of doing it. Yeah ok. If I could give them 0 I would but we don’t have an option. Do not use this company. I’m sure at one point they were good but now they are too old and just don’t have any customer service whatsoever.
