The entire process was smooth, from choosing fabric through installation. The store offers a long selection to choose from. Staff is pleasant and very helpful.

We wanted to install a blind on our bedroom window, but were really confused by all of the options that are available. We had Hans from the Kellner store come out to give us a quote, and he explained the options really well. He helped guide us to the best solution for us, and we just had it installed. They did a great job, cannot fault them at all. Fantastic service, and great job

We needed a window treatment for our sliding glass doors. I went to The Kellner Store to discuss options. Hans was very helpful explaining the options they had available, the differences between them, etc. I scheduled an appointment for him to come out to my house. When he came he was friendly, helpful and efficient. We placed an order that day and the window treatment came in earlier than expected. Hans installed it with no issues. I would recommend The Kellner Store for anyone looking for high quality window treatments and amazing service.

Lisa Bishop is wonderful, and assisted me with the selection of Roman shades for our primary bedroom. The fabric is perfect! Hans handled the installation of the Roman shades, and four additional Venetian blinds, and I couldn’t be more please with the results. From start to finish, Kellner 's deserves a 5-star rating. During my wife's initial visit to their beautiful showroom, she was met by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. From there, Hans came to measure our windows the very next day (and was even a few minutes early for our appointment -something that is typically unheard of.) He, also, was friendly, professional and helped us select the blinds that would serve us best. All 13 blinds came in within the projected 3-week projection and were installed the day after they called to inform us. Again, Hans was on time, installation was complete within about 2 hours and we absolutely LOVE them. We are planning to order blinds for the remaining 10 windows next year. Thank you to everyone at Kellners for such a pleasant experience!!

We purchased window treatments for both a kitchen window and kitchen door window. They came out to measure and provided suggestions- everything professionally done. On installation day we all noticed an issue with one of the items. Immediately, they said it would be corrected and proceeded to re-order the item. They called us and rescheduled the installation and took care of everything. No hassles, no problems - they were more concerned about our satisfaction more than anything. We could not have asked for a more positive experience (the issue was something completely unforeseen).

Just had my new custom kitchen valence hung right before the New Year’s and I couldn’t be happier. I loved working with Lisa at the store to pick just the right fabric and style for what I was looking for. The colors, pattern, and proportions are perfect for my remodeled kitchen! Hans installed the valence and was great to work with too. I look forward to working with Kellner’s on a few more window treatments on my to-do list!

Hunter Douglas did an exceptional job of showing us the options and not trying to steer us to the high price choices. He helped us pick the right shade, opaqueness, the right option to put shade up or down (manual vs remote vs pull rods) and the right color for our existing kitchen walls and countertop. Very courteous when he visited the house to take measurements for just one window. Delivery was quicker than expected and he installed the shade making sure we were happy with the color and mechanisms. Shades could be considered pricy compared to big box options, but well worth it.

We purchased vertical blinds for our living room window 25 years ago from Kellner's. Recently, we wanted shades in our dining area and knew we had to replace the living room. Hans helped with a refreshing, clean color for both. The installation was perfect. I recommend shopping at Kellner's.. A small business that believes in quality and is worth every penny of your investment...and can last 25 years!

Very good customer service. I purchased shades for three of my rooms a few years ago. The installation went seamlessly and I fulfilled my expectations. Since then one of the pull-down tabs on the shade split. Kellner's was kind enough to mail me complementary replacement tabs for all my shades. Thoroughly appreciated it.
