This is a lovely little bakery with lots of options for breakfast, lunch, smoothies and coffee. I ended up with a loaded Belgian waffle, sunbutter-banana-chocolate chip sourdough toast and a nitro cold brew. Everything was delicious, well-portioned and fresh. I'm now addicted to sunbutter and will be returning for a loaf of one of their sourdough options! They have a nice variety of menu options and bakery items, but the shop does tend to get a little busy. It's on the smaller side, so just be prepared for a small wait and potentially cramped spacing on the weekends. The parking in front of the cafe is limited, but there is ample parking behind the building and only a short walk to the bakery and cafe. Eating in seems like it might be a bit difficult during the busier times, but the space was nice and furnished well. Pricing was good for the amount and quality of their menu. I'll definitely be back! I want to try some of their smoothies, and honestly if they were on the way to work, I'd probably stop there in the evening to grab one!

They are very friendly and it’s a cozy environment. I got a breakfast burrito and a latte, both of which made my Tuesday morning very enjoyable.

It was a huge surprise when I found out me and my sister had booked a Doctors appointment on the same day! We had about 45 minutes in between the appointments, so we decided to get a quick lunch around the area. Especially because we both drive 30-45 minutes to get to our doctor's office. In my search of a place to eat, I saw this cafe and I knew I wanted to try it out.

My first impression when walking up to and inside is that this place is adorable. The decor and style of the cafe felt like a cozy spot to rest and I was excited even before I saw a menu. Once inside, the screen with the menu was detailed so it took a minute or two for us to decide what to order. The staff and other patrons we're patient and kind. The person who took our order was joyful especially when I asked about one of the items on the daily specials board that caught my eye and ordering a lavender honey latte just as she was suggesting it.

Once our order was placed we sat at a few chairs by the window and not long after, our drinks were called. I ordered a Lavender Honey Oatmilk latte (love that they have multiple non-dairy milks) and my sister got an unsweetened iced tea. The latte was warm and cozy with a hint of sweet, just like the cafe itself. I am told the tea was really good as well.

Next, for our food. The Cranberry Turkey and Classic Turkey Sandwiches were fantastic. Both came with a pickle and chips. When the wait-staff brought over our food, they also took care to bring to-go containers because I had mentioned that we would need our orders to be to-go in case we didn't finish them. How kind!
The last thing ordered was from their daily specials. This was a whipped ricotta toast. It had apples, walnuts, and honey (I think?) and it was phenomenal!

I know this is a super long review, so thank you for taking the time to read it. I just wanted to share my joy with this wonderful cafe. Next time I am around this area, I will definitely be stopping by.

One visit to The Flour Girl, and we’re obsessed! We had lunch at the cafe and enjoyed both sandwiches that we tried, which were super fresh, generous portion sizes, and overall, very creative! I enjoyed my strawberry smoothie, and my fiancé enjoyed a cappuccino. Afterwards, we went over to the bakery and picked out two loaves of sourdough and some treats. Everyone was super friendly that we encountered, making it a really pleasant experience. I loved the little gift shop in the bakery, and all of the pops of pink! We went around Halloween, and they even had pink painted pumpkins outside - so cute! When we got home, we couldn’t wait to dig into our bread and treats. It’s no wonder The Flour Girl was just recognized at the World Bread Awards for the People’s Choice Award! We wish we lived closer, but we can’t wait to come back and support this awesome business!

The Flour Girl Cafe is nestled in the heart of Hebron Center and serves mouth watering sandwiches, wraps, soups, sweet treats, specialty coffee, and smoothies. I frequent Flour Girl and have never been disappointed with their food. I'd recommend stopping by Flour Girl for Breakfast or Lunch.

Ever since they opened The Dooryard (located behind the cafe) they have more than doubled their seating capacity. My favorite thing to do is to stop by for lunch then go next door to the bakery to pick up some of their fresh sourdough bread and/or a treat to bring back home.

10/10 would recommend stopping by if you are passing through Hebron or are looking to expand your brunch options. They have ample parking behind the cafe, so don't be shy about stopping by and ordering a tasty meal!

Really cute place!! The food is fresh with unique flavorful options that truly stand out from the rest. We had the autumn breakfast sandwich and wakeup wrap and highly recommend them! Nitro cold brew and ice coffee are very nice with slight hazelnut notes in them.

From a cottage baker selling bread off of her front porch, to opening both the Flour Girl Cafe and Bakery! What a great story. Cafe has wonderful sandwiches and soups. Employees always have a smile to greet guests. A 25 minute drive from home for me, but worth it...especially now that the bakery is open. Keep up the good work!

Delicious lattes with many flavors (Oreo Latte pictured below) . Great service and delicious food options that are very fairly priced. They always have new/creative ideas with their food. They have new specials every month. Highly recommend!

Love the coffee here - and WAY faster than drive thru at Dunkin lately. Fast service and loving the added baked goods. My son loves the smoothies. Our frequent weekend mom and son breakfast date location.

A cute little shop to cozy up in. The staff was beyond sweet. I had the honey bun iced latte and caprese panini. I would highly suggest both! If you’re looking to try out and support different local coffee shops/cafes. Add this to your list!

They also had a large selection of dairy free options!

LOVE Flour Girl - by far my favorite small business in Hebron. It is truly the idyllic small town gathering place with ample seating, nice people, and great food and coffee. The egg sandwiches on sourdough and breakfast wraps are personal favorites! As a bonus, our dog loves hanging out on the patio.

My wife and I have driven by this place almost every day for the past year. Today was the day we decided to finally stop in, and I am so glad we did. This place was amazing. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches, and I got a smoothie too. They were both delicious. Service was great as well. Very quick and polite. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Been driving by this place for about 10 years, but never opted to go in. Today I did, and I wish I'd done so sooner.

Great cold brew coffee in a small country shop, and afterward we headed to the bakery to get a pistachio orange muffin and rosemary sourdough.

I will be going back again. For sure.

Amazing. 10/10. I work in restaurants and have all of my life. I live in and around Willimantic, and I'm so sick of the sad breakfast places that close at 1 or paying $50 for two small coffees and some croissants. Flour Girl is worth the drive from the greater Willimantic area. Food was amazing, veggie sausage was fabulous, coffee was great, and the Belgian waffles were a home run. I will be back as a regular. Also fed myself, another adult, and two kids- food and beverage for under $40. Everything was quality. Will be back to have cinnamon buns from the bakery ASAP.
