The young men that took my order from the drive-through was very polite and helpful

We stopped on our way to Boston for lunch. The order was missing an item which was not a big deal. The manager gave us the missing order free of charge. It was such a nice gesture. Food was excellent. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

So… I go out of my way to get a salad from this Panera Bread. They do the best in making sure they don’t add items I requested to not be included. And their salad is fresh and full! Quality is the reason why I pass others to get to this one. Now my kids want Panera Bread so we’ll be here even more. Kudos to the staff! A+ for Quality!

I stop here at least once a month and customer service is very good. I asked the manager for extra BBQ sauce and she was very kind and offered to give me as much as I needed. I ordered the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich and my wife bought the modern cáptese salad. I also got the chocolate croissant. The coffee is decent, I haven’t ordered a latte or cappuccino, I’ve only had the hazelnut coffee.

I have to say that Panera’s in Wethersfield CT made our frontega chicken sandwiches so good that I will no longer be going to the Glastonbury Panera. Service was excellent and very clean.

Staff were so sweet. They catered to what I needed. The ldy that attended me was the sweetest. And when I didn’t get one thing that I ordered she offered for a replacement right away. Very kind and I enjoyed all of my meal. Of course I’ll be coming back.

I went to Panera last Saturday morning at 6:40, totally forgetting they didn't open until 7. I called them and explained I was trying to get food for my son who has T1D and his sugars were dropping and it was his wedding day. They asked what food I was looking for and brought it out to me in 5 minutes. I was very appreciative as the crisis was averted and the day turned out wonderful. Thank you for having such caring and empathetic employees.

Food was delicious and the place was pleasant. However it's starting to get pricey hopefully it won't get to out of hand

Placed my order on the app and everything was ready quickly, done correctly and tasted great. The staff there was friendly too!

I've always liked Panera. I usually get the pick 2. I like their soup. I get the cheddar broccoli with bread and a Mediterranean sandwich. Pick it up at the counter after only a few minutes. Great desserts and pastry items. The price is not bad.

Came in on a Wednesday morning. Was able to order digitally upon arrival. Food was tasty and fresh, love their coffee, and it was a good spot to post up and do a little work on my laptop. WiFi didn’t work great, but I had a hotspot and was fine.

I ordered a cup of soup & half sandwich online and my husband was picking it up of course it was minutes before closing and my husband calls me saying that they don't have my order. Well apparently I had ordered at the wethersfield location and sent my husband to the Newington location, I call the wethersfield store to ask if they can cancel as its 2 minutes before closing and my husband is probably 10min away & the gentleman Paul I spoke to said, I can cancel it for you or if you'd like it still you can call me when your in the drive thru!! So I asked if he was sure and he said yeah that's not a problem at all! I know that they still have things to do & that they don't walk out the door at 9pm but I feel he went above & beyond, I hope they gave a receipt with a servay so the DM can know!

Went for a hazelnut coffee to go and ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel to go, ended up eating there. Whomever the Baker on duty was, made outstanding bagels this morning. Many of the bakers over work dough before placing in ovens. Today's was outstanding.

I always like to go and get a soup or salad to crumble my wheat saltines when I get back to work during my lunch break. Sometimes I like to get the caramel latte hot or iced, depending on the temperature outside. Same with most of their other hot or iced drinks. I always like the way that they treat their customers. This experience may not be approved by everyone but I always get treated with the dignity and respect that everyone should be treated.

Fast and friendly service. They could clean up the tables and centralized trash collection areas. Dirty dishes were stacked so high they fell when I placed mine.

This is place is amazing customer service is top notch and the people are above and beyond what’s to be expected from a fast paced food restaurant

This is my favorite panera (place in general) to study! I have been to 5 Paneras from the Berlin turnpike to Manchester, but I keep coming back to this one (Glastonbury is the only one that remotely rivals this one). I have to study a lot. So I am always looking for a good place to study. The layout has a back area to hide away in away from. There are a lot of outlets. The food is always great. Staff is friendly. Morning are especially quiet and peaceful.

Very good usually dont stop at this location, but service was great . My bagel was fresh and toasted perfect. No Bagel trauma ( either burned or raw). Very good visit.

I really like this Panera. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great. I especially want to point out that Carly goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is always happy.
