Ted’s IGA Supermarket

Teds has a wonderful meat department and staff. They are super friendly and very supportive of our town. From fundraisers to donation boxes by many of the youth groups in town they rarely say no when helping our town out. The department is great with custom orders or ensuring that in order can be made or set aside for an event you have. They have a wonderful prepared food section for a whole meal, and their bakery items are fresh every day.

More a large grocery store rather than a supermarket, it's very convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful. Spectacular meats!
12/31/23 they are asking for an update.
Can't sure how I can update a 5 star, except they still are great. 2/22 google maps wants an update. If you have a Ted's card there's online coupons which can add up and if over 55 (with card) you get a 5% discount M-F.

Awesome hometown store. Friendly staff, good meats, and love when there are sales.

My job has me in Supermarkets covering the entire East Coast. A “mega-market” it is not, which in my experience is a good thing.! Friendly folks, awesome ownership and since my job responsibilities have me in bakery departments, I need to mention Ted’s Bakery is phenomenal . For the quality of items Bob puts together along with the retail price being charged, the bakery should be your first stop upon entering the store.

Always the best meats here! They also have really great produce! It's so fresh and nothing ever looks old.

Very nice friendly staff. Store almost always has a great selection of quality meats for good prices. They also have a lovely stocked deli. You'll fine all the usual produce there, just nothing super exotic.

I love the quality of the meat department especially this time of year for grilling We always get the filet and it's amazing especially for the price The value is unbeatable! Often they have sales either buy one get one or dollar days which is a great time to go!

I love Teds. Its small but has just about everything you need. I shop here exclusively for their meats, high quality and yet the best price! Their staff is also friendly, courteous and helpful. They are also the only grocery store around that provides disposable gloves to wear since covid hit, just to add another layer of safety. I shop here a lot and love this store 💜

I normally don't give a perfect score on any review but Ted's deserves five stars. I have shopped there for 36+ years. I especially like their meat prices and selection of quality beef, pork and poultry. For example, they sell their own freshly store ground beef.

Their produce section is now comparable to if not better than those in supermarkets.

The Deli carries Boars Head brand and the selection and quality of their salads and sides frequently results in impulse purchases.

The grocery shelves contain an impressive selection of quality products, e.g., Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce, Duke's Mayonaise - until recently only available in the South, Bone Suckin' (BBQ) Sauce, fresh local eggs, etc.

Add to the above the cleanliness of the store and the staff who have treated me like family for years.

Good market they always have what I need

I have been shopping at Ted's Supermarket for over 40 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. There is a wide and varied food selection with great quality.
I love the warm feeling of the small town supermarket where everyone knows each others name. Nothing can compare to the personal touch and feeling of family.
Todge and David continue to support our town as their father did for many years. I am grateful, as I am sure many other parents are, for hiring our children and giving them their first job experience.
Let us continue to support this wonderful family business.

Located opposite a large, upscale senior living community. Good selections, fair prices. Hometown feel-good atmosphere.

Our summer cottage Amston Lake

Great little market. I have been shopping there for years. Prices are OK. Deli still makes a few items from scratch for lunch and dinner. I always make it a point to stop for the ham salad from the deli for the kids. They work really hard every season. Pumkin prices are crazy low for Halloween. Friendly atmosphere and friendly people.

We went to Ted's off and on during the years, but since the pandemic I am making this grocery store my every week go to place. They make you wear gloves and provide them for everyone. At first I didn't really care for that, making me do something, but I'm way over that now. Plus they clean every carriage after someone used it and everyone is very polite and happy. I feel very safe in this store and will go to Teds every week from now on.

Well stocked, clean and organized store. Wonderful selection of products, especially meats. My favorite grocery store!

It's IGA prices are a bit high but no self checkout and they have baggers.

Just had some of Ted's wings yesterday to enjoy while watching the Super Bowl. They were some of the best we've ever had. We'll definitely get them again!!
