Fyi. There is a no return policy for safety reasons which I am thrilled with! I know that sounds strange but, I would not want to be buying an ingested product that was sold to someone else and then returned and then sold to me.

In today's world the risk of tampering is just too high.

In addition I know that how you store your supplements is very important. Heat and humidity and be very bad for nutritional products. And there is no knowing how someone who returned a product stored it.

To me a no return policy means safety and guaranteed quality for a product that I am ingesting.

I would give them NO stars if I could. They do NOT offer refunds at all so don't even try. I ordered a product and was told by my Dr. not to take it due to a hereditary blood disorder I have. I called within the 5 days it states on the website, the product was unopened still in the shipping box and they said "NO". My next stop is the better business bureau and "help me hank" on the channel 7 news. 9/1/20 UPDATE: The owner of the company called me and apologized for how the customer service department treated me and did provide me a refund. She was very informative and you can tell she truly cares about her company. Maybe she needs some new customer service people.
