My local Stop & Shop consistently provides a positive shopping experience. The store is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. With a wide variety of products, I can easily find everything I need. The store layout is organized, making the shopping process efficient. Stop & Shop has become my go-to grocery store in the area, offering both convenience and quality service.

Chris, in the florist department, did an amazing job on our Mom's funeral sprays & basket today..We received so many compliments & they were absolutely beautiful! She was amazing to work with, helping with colors, picking flowers & it all came together beautifully ❤ Thank you so much & she deserves to be recognized for her natural talent 🤗

I had left my wallet in the self checkout and when I went back, it had been given to the front desk with everything in it, including $100. The girl working self checkout had turned it in intact. Than a few days ago my friend left her phone and wallet in a cart outside. When we noticed 45 mins later we went back and the cart collector had turned it in customer service, also completely intact. Stop and shop really looks out for their customers!

Great service. The staff helped me to look for an item that is not very firmiliarin this part of the world.

This store always has great produce, way better than Walmart or price chopper. The prices are always good and there's always a good selection of things that Walmart just doesn't have or never has in stock. I do a lot of vegan cooking/baking and I can almost always find what I need here.

Went yesterday to buy things at stop & Stop and it was busy yesterday I’m glad they have a lot of cashiers on a busy day and I’m very impressed with the kid who cashed me out that girl named Vanessa I believe what I saw on her tag had an excellent customer service!! did very quickly at the cashier and I am glad I don’t have to wait in line for so long but she did amazing and also bag at the same time and don’t mind at all putting the boxes of sodas underneath the cart. She was a very friendly person and helpful. That made me continue to shop there , I give you guys a five stars for excellent clean environment and well stocked and organized and all the workers who work there and such a good community there. Merry Christmas you guys .

I always find everything I need here. The store is clean and shelves are always stocked. The staff is very friendly too. The floral department has an excellent selection of high quality flowers and the bakery is top notch as well. Love their cakes!

I shop here often. Sales are always on something I'm buying.

Haven't shopped in a S&S for quite some time but needed a few things in the area and my regular store wasn't. I found their produce nice and fresh and so much to choose from! I even found the panini bread that I haven't seen in years! They have a substantially large organic and gluten free section of groceries and a separate large freezer section for just organic, vegan and gluten free. Great prices too. Clean, courteous employees. And I love that robot!

I usually don't go here, but yesterday I had no choice and I was absolutely not disappointed. Such a clean environment. Shelves were stocked. And the kid who cashed me out, I believe Justice is what I saw on his tag had EXCELLENT customer service, was fast and efficient and didn't mind at all that I had a big haul with coupons. He made me want to continue to shop there. Great Job kid and good for Stop & Shop Willimantic for hiring great staff!

We like stopping there because it's a unionized shop and the employees go the extra mile all the time every time. We know some of the cashiers and some of the department people and it's always nice to be greeted and they like being greeted.
I was surprised to find a whole bunch of carbohydrate conscious foods, low carb, in a variety of places within the store. Great selection great choices.

Produce are fresh. Location is convenient. I love the scan it feature which makes shopping quick. Store is always clean and items are not difficult to find. Shopper card has a great feature where you can add your coupons via their website and the coupons are applied at check out. I love this feature. This is my primary grocery store.

Stop & Shop in Willimantic CT is always clean, friendly, helpful and a great community supporter. I want to say a big thank you to the cashier Denise!!!! She was very festive, kind and was having a great conversation with my daughter. She deserves a holiday bonus!!!! Thank you to all working throughout COVID!!! Great job Stop & Shop for having great prices and great people!!!

Love this store so much very clean and fresh produce. Friendly people who make you feel welcomed. Lots of lanes opened up for quick service.

My Husband and I shop at The Wilimantic Stop and Shop every week. We always have 3 different orders. One for our household and we shop for two other Family members . Two exceptional Employees ( whom we consider friends now) come to mind that just makes this so much easier and enjoyable to do week to week. They totally go above and beyond to help us. Kathy and B have to be two of the most positive people I know. They can be crazy busy but still take time to smile, genuinely ask how you are and help you in any way they can! We have thought The World of them before this unfortunate virus started, and now being in a time of uncertainty for everyone, they still show up with that same warm smile and continue to brighten Peoples day. I just hope they know how special they are and I want to Thank them for being so strong. They have Family too and still continue to take care of all of ours everyday!! 🙏💖
