We have purchased 3 vehicles from E and A over the years. I have NEVER dealt with a car company or dealers that are this great!!! All vehicles were in excellent condition, checked over, with no mechanical issues or surprises. They don't push. They don't hound you. Easiest, smoothest, and most reliable company I have ever dealt with. We drive from out of town for the experience and trust! Will always try to buy from them when vehicles are needed.

Such a great positive experience, our Salesman along with their staff were very kind and professional. I felt no pressure, no rush at all as i was walking the car lot and even when i selected the car i was interested on, I was allowed to take it for 15 minutes by myself alone. Our meeting went smooth throughout the hole paperwork process, everything well explained and clarified,
- No hidden fees, -no additional charges applied, they are very legit and honest business shop. I would strongly recommend visiting them. They have a variety of super high performance and descent formal vehicles to choose from, i walked out with a big smile on my face. Thank you, guys.

Purchased a vehicle with them recently, have nothing but great things to say about them. Answered all my questions promptly, where very flexible with timing and delivery. The car itself was purchased as-is, they take really good care of the vehicles as the car itself was in very good condition. After diagnostics and inspection, it came back healthy and well maintained. I know it is not every dealership's responsibility to fix or upkeep vehicles but they have done a good job in my experience. I have read the previous reviews before purchasing, but like most things on the internet, understand that other people's experience won't usually be like mine. I have nothing but good things to say about E & A.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this place. The guys here are auto enthusiasts who absolutely care about serving their customers. They helped my wife find exactly what she was looking for and made sure that she was comfortable and happy with her purchas. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy when we left. A++ communication and support. This will be the first place we look at when our kids are ready to purchase their first used car.

Simple, smooth, and efficient are 3 words I'd use to sum up E&A Motors. After a young driver totaled my beloved '13 Subaru Outback in a rear-end collision, I was DESPARATE to find a similar replacement ASAP (I travel frequently for my career, and Iowa winters make AWD and high safety ratings ESSENTIAL). In my tedious search for a suitable vehicle, I struck GOLD when I found a '13 Outback in the SAME color/style as my former unit with a mere 93,000 miles on the E&A website. Upon my first phone call, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a willingness from the team to keep the vehicle on lot so I could make my move.

When I arrived to test the vehicle, the associate I initially spoke with took detailed notes of my needs/interests regarding the car, so instead of any unnecessary rapport-building or sales tactics, we simply chatted for a brief moment, they took my info, and within less than 3 minutes, I was test driving the Outback. Everything was cleanly and as-described, with the vehicle showing clear signs of love and proper inspection from the E&A team (something I can't say about the large-scale dealerships I'd visited in my preliminary search). The car drove beautifully, and upon my return, we immediately discussed financing options and so forth. The associates were able to communicate all of my financial prerequisites with their bank partner (Green State Credit Union, another FANTASTIC regionally-based institution) and simulate the cost/loan options available to me. The E&A crew kept the profile open overnight so we could solidify the deal the next day.

Finally, it was time to seal the deal, and what impressed me the MOST in this experience was the E&A team's ability to communicate with one another: despite the fact my initial contact at the dealership was out the day of purchase, he left INCREDIBLE notes with another associate. In many cases, I'll go to a dealership and coworkers won't even know one another, but here, all of the info was passed along FLAWLESSLY. Upon my return to sign papers, everything was already set and ready, and within less than 10 minutes, I had my new Outback SECURE.

It is OUTSTANDING how well this team is able to function; from the clear love in the inspection/detailing process, to the laid-back, non-intrusive salesmen up front, I have to say it's RARE to find a dealership with this high degree of synergy and quality. It's been a month since my purchase, and the car has been through some initial routine servicing, and everything is in PERFECT order. There were no unsavory surprises, no nonsense, and no fluff with E&A Motors, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND pursuing any vehicle you take interest in on their lot!

Came out a month ago to take a look at their Dodge Viper. The E&A team made the whole process quick and painless and I was in and out within the day. I've been driving the car for a month and she hasn't given me any issues. Would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

I bought a beautiful 2015 Mini Cooper S last September from Kenny at E and A, over the phone and text messages since I live 5 hours away. Kenny was so easy to work with, and helped explain all of the process to me as this was my first independent car purchase. He was extremely helpful, the car was exactly as described, and he was accommodating with pickup times and arrangements as we drove to Waterloo for pickup. Such an amazing experience and a beautiful car that I’ve been driving for a few months now.

I wanted a particular color and package combination BMW X5 and this was basically the only one available in the country. Started with a phone call and then followed up over texts (additional photos and questions). Every “issue” was sent to me before I committed (even the smallest rock chips that are basically invisible).

I flew from San Francisco to pick it up. Was exactly as I expected. Purchased without worry. Drove it home ~260 miles without a single issue. Had an independent BMW mechanic look it over after a week of driving and they found no surprises, have now driven it regularly for over a month, again no surprises.

Super buying experience! Let me set the stage: I had found a gorgeous 2009 Z06 Corvette on a FB Marketplace ad, so I went to the dealership to see if I take a look at the vehicle. What I missed is that showings of this particular Corvette were by appointment only, which was completely my fault. I asked if I could schedule an appointment, and Adis happened to be at the main office at the time, and he was willing to take me to the other showroom on the spot and let me take it for a test drive. It was perfect, I fell in love with the car, and I drove it out of the showroom the next day. What a car buying experience should be like. After looking for a long time online, I bought a 2007 BMW M6 from E&A. Car was exactly as described and documented online. I'm from out of state so I rented a car one way to go to Waterloo. Adis kindly picked me up at the rental car agency to take me to the dealership. He then took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car and answered all my questions about it. Very personable and pleasant. The actual paperwork took less than 20 minutes. After owning the car for a month, I can say I got exactly what I paid for--it's in excellent condition, super clean and practically like new (30k miles on it when purchased). E&A know exactly what they're doing and how to build a business. They don't do the typical salesperson push--they know their stock is good and the prices are fair, so mindful buyers will come to them. If you're looking for high end or a performance vehicle, have confidence dealing with E&A. Even though I live nearly four hours away, I will definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

Great people to do business with! Drove out 250 miles from Chicago to look at a car and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Did not know paperwork could be done so quickly! His guys were great too - loaded extra wheels in my truck, checked tire pressure, even turned the car around for my departure. Excellent people!
