My experience at the Cedar Falls, Iowa, Discount Tire was very positive and appreciated. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. My tire problem was evaluated, next the 4 new tires and cost were given in writing for my OK. The tire installation was finished in the suggested time. A great experience. Thanks

Staff was VERY courteous and helpful. I had a budget, and they did NOT pressure me to exceed it. Very fast service too. Employees were professional and attentive which is difficult to find now days.

We got same day service. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Pricing was reasonable compared to competitors. Nice clean lobby to wait in while your vehicle is worked on. Will use again in the future.

February 19th: I had purchased two used tires and Nick got me right in and mounted the tires with a really good "deal". I will never forget what he and "Discount Tire" did for me when I needed it the most.

I recently stopped at Discount Tire in Cedar Falls, Iowa to inquire about new rims for my 2003 Dodge Dakota. I felt self-conscious about doing this as it has a lot of rust and so on... However, their salesperson, Nick, made me feel confident in my decision to do so. He actually said they could do it right on the spot (the same day I stopped), however I rescheduled for a day in which I could better prepare. I had a 10:30 a.m. app't, but showed up early at 10:00 a.m. The guys took me right in. Initially, Nick said it would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, but the day of my app't they had my truck ready to roll in 20 minutes!!! I highly recommend this business, staff & prices! I even got a $50. Black Friday discount!

The staff are wonderful! Great team work! I have seen each one of the employee out there eager to finish the job of one customer as quick as possible so as to provide service to the next customer. I have not seen any where like this team efforts. Wonderful. Keep it up guyz!!!!

Top tier customer service. The team did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of with my wheel and tire install. Specifically, you’re in good hands with Nick or Gary. These guys deserve serious consideration for a promotion and/or pay raise. Among the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I have done business here for a long time. I appreciate being able to get maintenance like rotations, pressure checks, and repairs done for little to no cost. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very fast, very efficient. I needed two new tires. I knew they had them in stock because of their website. Walked in, asked for them, and was out in under an hour. Great Job. 👍

This is one of the best tire places I've been to. They offer great customer service and I believe that is why they are so successful. They focus on tires only and have no interest in doing anything else it's really a good thing for customers and staff. I see the care they take while moving customers cars and use horns to alert others of them backing up which helps them be more efficient in the work they do. I have been to this location multiple times for flat repair and used them for a set of tires lately

Props to these guys!! We were on our way home with our new toy hauler from Dubuque. We blew a tire on hwy 20. Camper world referred us to them. We pulled in and within 30 minutes we had new tires and on our way! Thank you so much

4 years ago I had a terrible experience with this place. Out of pure necessity, I had to go back and the service and staff were amazing. Have since then bought, sets of tires and wheels here and they have been great people to work with.

I got in way before my travel date. 4 days to be exact. They made me their main priority. They kept their word on everything they said. I had it back the same day and there were a lotttt of cars! They also got in a lady with an emergency tire issue and also did it the same day. This place is legit and after thinking the worst. They deserve a 5 🌟

We called Discount Tires on a snowy Saturday morning after multiple other tire shops said we couldn’t get in until Monday. We were in the middle of a road trip and had our dog with us, so waiting all weekend wasn’t an option. The whole crew was polite, helpful, and efficient. (Bonus points that they let our puppy wait with us in the store while we got our new tires put on). Thanks for saving our weekend trip!

I had a tire completely blow up on Dec. 23rd, right before leaving for the holidays. After frantically calling around looking for a place that could squeeze me in the next day, Discount Tire was able to install a new tire the next morning. Because of their efficient and friendly service, I was able to spend Christmas with my family. Thank you Discount Tire!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years and will keep doing so for as long as I'm around. I've always been very impressed with their flexible scheduling, quick turn around times, and the fact that I can get my tires rotated or get a leak repaired at absolutely no cost, which is incredible. Excellent customer service. Would absolutely recommend them whether you're in the market for new tires, general maintenance, or needing a flat repaired.
