Its always a pleasure shopping at menards. Your actually asked if you need help multiple times. Its a very big store. The prices go unmatched. There is definitely something there for everyone. Always a satisfied customer!

Very friendly staff and helpful too. This store and the ones in Ames and Grimes are three of the best Menards stores I have been in. Unlike other stores, it seemed like they were actually working and assisting customers instead of trying to hide and have group gab sessions.

Awesome team! Easy to navigate aisles. Great big nice clean carts! Clean restrooms! Great prices! Positive experience with team! Everyone my grandmother and I encountered were extremely helpful. Especially a young man named Ian. Wish we had this store in California where I live .

My favorite hardware store

I been shopping here for the past few months. I like the fact that it has almost everything I need to update my home. Every thing is good quality at a affordable price. They also offer lots of variety.

Just wanted you to know that you have an awesome team in your plumbing dept. They just spent their last hour helping me figure out what I needed to get my job done. They were very patient with me and explained what I needed to know. This hasn't happened just once but every time I'm at the Cedar Falls Menards I get excellent service.

Outstanding selections of building materials and household goods. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Their checkout policy is the best. If more than two people are in the check out line they will open another check out lane.

We ordered roofing materials on two different days. Everything was suppose to be delivered in one trip but it was not. Called Mike at the building supplies desk and he said no problem - had it delivered free the next day (42 miles away). Excellent customer service in the Cedar Falls, IA store.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can always depend on finding what I need. The displays are great for envisioning what styles you prefer for all of your projects.

We went for work to get paint supply’s. Jessica really knows her paint and found us the right match and Darrin S was also really helpful! Great staff and nice clean store.

Every time I've gone to this Menards, I've been impressed with the knowledge and helpful attitude of the staff. Like any big box hardware store, you have to go a few times before you start learning where everything is, but employees are always quick to show you where things are. I've relied on department workers' expertise for plumbing projects, finding the right replacement screws for old hardware, ordering laminate countertops, and much more.

Their returns kiosk is very awesome - you can look up all your past purchases made via card and reprint receipts for returns. NOTE: you can't reprint receipts for their 11% rebates that are going on frequently, so make sure to keep the originals.

Speaking of the rebates, they come as store credit, which was a surprise to me the first time. It's not like I'm not going to be back frequently for all my other honey-do-list projects, so it spends just as fine.

Glenn was AMAZING with helping us on a walk in shower and door. He pointed out things to us on each style that we looked at for us that we would not have even thougjt about to consider into our decision making for which style of shower and doors. THANK YOU Glenn!!!

Menards is a great place to shop. They don't have everything, but if you are in a pinch, they will have something to get you by. From groceries, to paint, to tools, to wood, to appliances and so much more. My wife and I shop there as often as we can.

I always find what I'm looking for & then some. I enjoy getting the 11% back on everything I buy. The employees are pleasant & helpful. Like the song says, Save big money @ Menards.

I wasn't sure which plexiglass to get, but every employee that saw me amidst my indecision offered to help me! One even showed me the deals that were in a separate section!

This store has a great assortment of items. There is really no ryhm or reason to how they have it set up. But if you have the time and you just walk thru the store, you will proably get lost but you will find what your looking for.
