Great little family restaurant. The Menu is awesome with a very wise selection from classic American dishes to the sort of thing you'd have as a home cooked meal. Will always be something for everyone. The service is quick and the atmosphere is cozy.

Took our daughter here for her 12th birthday(her request) and only have the best things to say.
The food was great,I had beef liver and onions, and it was amazing. Kudos to the chef,our waitress made the occasion by leading the busy breakfast crowd in singing Happy Birthday to our daughter,her skills as a waitress were second to none, as well.
Can't wait to make this our go-to Sunday spot after Church.

Me and a friend had lunch there yesterday (12/09), and we were both pleased and full when we left.
I had the Rib special with Fries and Cole Slaw...fantastic! My friend had a Club Sandwich and Fries, the Sandwich was so big he had to ask for a "to-go" container and he is a big eater. He too was more than satisfied.
I'll definitely be back.

The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere screams welcome home. This is the one place where you can feel comfortable and safe, while having real Iowa comfort food. From the fried chicken to the open face sandwiches, they pretty much have it all. As well, be prepared for a tasty dessert with homemade pies that will remind you of Nana's house on Sunday afternoons.

Love this place, when we went it was super busy, no place to park, we waited 10 minutes to sit down and got our food faster than I thought, got the chicken fried steak as always

1st time eating there, set up reservation with Angie, extensive menu so many choices will definitely have to go back , Jaime was great taking care of our group, food was excellent, highly recommend eating any meal here - 5 stars

The French dip is my favorite! Food is always really good. Jamie is our favorite waitress! She always does a great job

Wonderful, friendly service from start to finish! Had a group of 10 people and even though the place was busy, the food was quick, hot, yummy and well priced! Very clean restaurant as well! We will all be back again! Thank you!

From my perspective, the atmosphere is fine. That's my opinion of course.

This little place is such a surprise. Pretty an assuming but we'll worth the stop. The food was well prepared and tasted great. Service was superior. Coffe refills were often & we didn't have to ask. Will definitely go bsck.

Great place! Go here once a week and the prices are great, food is always good and the staff is always friendly. They did recent updates and it made the place look even better and definitely warmer. It was a little drafty last winter but they took care of that problem. Would definitely recommend.

It was very pleasant dining experience and the prices very moderate out waitress was very nice and she got us taken care of quickly and checked a couple of times to see if we needed anything
